DESCRIPTION:This online workshop is a follow up to the workshop held in Chi
 sinau on 10 December 2024 wherekey private and public sector stakeholders 
 were gathered with the aim of:raising awareness on the existing channels t
 hrough which companies can report their trade obstacles.stock take on the 
 views and proposals from the private sector\, especially SMEs for designin
 g a channel and mechanism for effectively communicating and addressing the
 ir trade concerns.The focus of this workshop is presenting the recommendat
 ions on enhancing the effectiveness of trade obstacles reporting by privat
 e sector\, in particular\, SMEs and their resolution.  The draft report a
 nd recommendations prepared are based on desk research\, and more importan
 tly on the feedback received through interviews and consultations led by U
 NCTAD experts/consultants\, as well as during the workshop held in Decembe
 r 2024 in  Chisinau with numerous public and private institutions\, as we
 ll as chambers and individual companies in the Republic of Moldova engaged
  in trade.The workshop covers the following topics:Existing trade obstacle
