 to 12:00 PM (CET). During the event\, the second module of the course\, e
 ntitled “How to implement Blockchain for trade facilitation: a user impl
 ementation guide for governments”\, will be released. In an interactive
  session\, government and private sector experts will share their knowledg
 e and experience on the topic. Participants are also invited to exchange w
 ith the panelists\, make comments and ask questions. The event is open to
