 26)\, the Co-Chairs will hold a briefing and consultation with Member Stat
 es during the CSTD on the afternoon of Monday\, 20 April 2026.The Commissi
 on will also review the progress made in the implementation of and follow-
 up to the outcomes of the World Summit on the Information Society at the r
 egional and international levels\, considering the outcome of its 20 years
 ’ review\; and hear presentations on report on technical cooperation act
 ivities in science\, technology and innovation and progress report of the 
 multi-stakeholder Working Group on Data Governance at All Levels\, as rele
 vant for development.ParticipationParticipants will include representative
 s of governments\, international organizations\, civil society and the pri
 vate sector.LogisticsThe session will be held in person only at the Palais
  des Nations\, Geneva. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in the
