 seeks to build capacities in four beneficiary SIDS - Belize and Saint Vinc
 ent and the Grenadines in Latin America and the Caribbean\, and Cabo Verde

 \, align development priorities with external financing options\, and desi
 gn and implement innovative financing instruments that promote sustainable
  and climate-resilient development.The event will take place in Moroni\, w
 ith in-person participation from representatives of the government\, the p
 rivate sector\, academia\, civil society organisations\, United Nations sy
 stem partners\, multilateral organisations\, and other national experts.Ob
 jectivesPresent the two main reports of the project:The financial strategy
  for mobilising climate finance\, including through innovative financial i
 nstruments\, to achieve sustainable and climate-resilient development whil
 e ensuring the external and public sector financial sustainability of Como
 ros\;The detailed roadmap for implementing this financial strategy.Involve
  stakeholders in assessing the feasibility and coherence of the strategy a
 nd its roadmap\, to ensure national ownership and alignment with other ong
