DESCRIPTION:On 29 October 2025\, UNCTAD\, in collaboration with the Ministr
 y of Tourism\, Commerce\, Industry and Cooperatives (MTCIC)\, held a work
 shop on non-tariff measures. This workshop aimed to enhance the capacity o
 f government officials in understanding non-tariff measures\, learning how
  to access UNCTAD’s TRAINS database and formally completing the first ev
 er non-tariff measures data collection in Kiribati.This workshop was organ
 ized under the Improving Pacific Islands Customs and Trade (IMPACT) projec
 t\, funded by the European Union.&lt\;p&gt\;On 29 October 2025\, UNCTAD\,
