 ew All Aspects of the Set of Multilaterally Agreed Equitable Principles an
 d Rules for the Control of Restrictive Business Practices (TD/RBP/CONF.10/
 7)\, the consultations at the twenty-third session of the Intergovernmenta
 l Group of Experts on Competition Law and Policy will focus on the followi
 ng substantive topics:Report on the implementation of the guiding policies
  and procedures under section F of the Set of Multilaterally Agreed Equita
 ble Principles and Rules for the Control of Restrictive Business Practices
 .Impact assessment and dissemination of the benefits of competition law an
 d policy for developing countries.Round table on competition in food globa
 l value chains.Review of capacity-building in and technical assistance on 
 competition law and policy.Written contributionsTo facilitate the delibera
 tions and the informal exchange of experiences and best practices on the t
 opics to be discussed\, member States and observers are requested to submi
 t written contributions to the UNCTAD secretariat by Friday\, 5 June 2026.
 ParticipationThe meeting is open to all member States of UNCTAD. Other org
 anizations\, including specialized agencies\, intergovernmental bodies and
  non-governmental organizations in the general category\, may participate 
 as observers.RegistrationOnline registration is mandatory for all those wi
 shing to attend the meeting and is required for inclusion in the list of p
 articipants.LogisticsThe session will be held with in-person participation
  in the Council Chamber in the Palais des Nations. Those who cannot atten
 d the meeting in person will be able to listen to the live audio stream. T
