 xperts\, participants will be given access to the technology (both during 
 and after the programme) and will be provided with training to use it\, in
 cluding being taught how to customize it to specific local requirements.Th
 e CropWatch Innovative Cooperation Programme (CropWatch ICP) has the objec
 tive of giving developing countries access to the technology developed by 
 AIR CAS\, free of charge and indefinitely. The program will also provide t
 raining to national experts to use them and implement them in their home c
 ountries. The intended outcome of the training and the CropWatch programme
  is to enable developing countries to improve food security through advanc
