 governance at all levels

DESCRIPTION:UN GA Resolution 79/1 requests the United Nations Commission on
  Science and Technology for Development (CSTD) to establish a dedicated wo
 rking group to undertake a multistakeholder dialogue on data governance at
  all levels as relevant for development. Based on the consultations under
 taken in this context\, the CSTD Bureau decided on 17 March 2025 that the 
 UN CSTD Multi- Stakeholder Working Group on Data Governance at All Levels 
 would comprise 27 State members and 27 non-State members. The composition
  of the Working Group is provided in the attached annex.See: Note on Memb
 ershipThis meeting of the Working Group is the sixth in a series aimed at 
 preparing the progress report for the 81st session of the United Nations G
 eneral Assembly. At this meeting\, the Working Group will discuss the zero
  draft of the progress report and consider the way forward.ParticipationMe
 mber States of the United Nations that are not members of the Working Grou
 p may attend the meeting as observers. The meeting is likewise open to rep
 resentatives of academia\, business\, civil society\, the technical commun
 ity\, international organizations and other non-governmental stakeholder g
 roups.RegistrationRegistration is mandatory for all participants and shoul
 d be completed online.LogisticsThe session will be held with physical part
 icipation in Room A of the ITU Building. Those who cannot attend the meeti
 ng in person will be able to follow via Zoom. Participants who will atten
 d the meeting remotely will receive the Zoom link by e-mail upon approval
