DESCRIPTION:This course is designed to strengthen national trade facilitati
 on stakeholders with the understanding of fundamental concepts of trade fa
 cilitation as well as recommendations based on best practices. As part of 
 this training\, ten webinars will be organized. The second module is entit
 led “Trade Facilitation and Development.” After completing this module
 \, participants will better understand the benefits of implementing trade 
 facilitation reforms and their positive impact on a country’s developmen
 t. The objective of the webinar is to provide the members of the NTFC and
  other stakeholders with an opportunity to discuss more in-depth the conte
 nt of the second module of the UNCTAD e-Learning Course for NTFCs. Besides
  discussion on the content of the module\, participants will also have the
  chance to share their experience on the best use of the platform.&lt\;p&g
