DESCRIPTION:This course is designed to strengthen national trade facilitati
 on stakeholders with the understanding of fundamental concepts of trade fa
 cilitation as well as recommendations based on best practices. As part of 
 this training\, ten webinars will be organized. The fifth module is entitl
 ed “Introduction to the WTO Trade Facilitation”. After completing this
  module\, participants will be more versed with the history\, structure\, 
 nature of obligations and importance of the preferential and differential 
 treatment provisions under the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement. The obje
 ctive of the webinar is to provide the members of the NTFC and other stake
 holders with an opportunity to discuss more in-depth the content of the fi
 fth module of the UNCTAD e-Learning Course for NTFCs. Besides discussion o
 n the content of the module\, participants will also have the chance to sh
 are their experience on the best use of the platform.&lt\;p&gt\;This cours
