DESCRIPTION:This course is designed to strengthen national trade facilitati
 on stakeholders with the understanding of fundamental concepts of trade fa
 cilitation as well as recommendations based on best practices. As part of 
 this training\, ten webinars will be organized. The eighth module is entit
 led “Technical Barriers to Trade and Sanitary and Phytosanitary measures
  in the context of Trade Facilitation”. After completing this module\, p
 articipants will understand better the WTO Agreement on Technical Barriers
  to Trade\, the Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary
  Measures and their relationship with the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement
 . The objective of the webinar is to provide the members of the NTFC and 
 other stakeholders with an opportunity to discuss more in-depth the conten
 t of the eight module of the UNCTAD e-Learning Course for NTFCs. Besides d
 iscussion on the content of the module\, participants will also have the c
 hance to share their experience on the best use of the platform.&lt\;p&gt\
