DESCRIPTION:The overarching objective of the project\, &quot\;Mainstreaming
  Climate Resilient Blue Economy in the BCLME Region&quot\; (BCLME IV Proje
 ct) is to integrate the development of climate-resilient blue economy into
  the implementation of the Strategic Action Programme (SAP) of the Benguel
 a Current Large Marine Ecosystem. This effort aims to preserve the integri
 ty of coastal and marine ecosystems while enhancing the livelihoods of coa
 stal communities.The Project Steering Committee (PSC) is the highest decis
 ion-making and oversight body for the project. It provides strategic guida
 nce and direction\, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with p
 roject objectives. UNCTAD’s Responsible Party role in the Project entail
 s technical support to the Benguela Current Commission (BCC) Secretariat i
 n developing sustainable blue value chains and leveraging blue finance and
