The 2021 conference will discuss the following topics:

  • Does a circular economy transition mean less or more global trade?

It also discusses how to make circular economy finance work for global development. The conference includes sessions in friendly debate style, with speakers including representatives from the World Trade Organization, African Development Bank, UNCTAD, Intesa Sanpaolo and Oxfam, and a keynote address from Inge Andersen, Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Programme.
