The General Debate provides an opportunity for member states to express their views on the conference’s substantive issues through formal statements.

All statements will be made available for download in PDF and as video recordings.

Online registration for the General Debate is now closed. 

A special office will be open as of 12 p.m. (noon) on Monday, 20 October, to consider last-minute requests for the General Debate. The office number is A-263, located near door A15 in the Concordia area of the Palais des Nations.
