UNCTAD will host the second meeting of the Informal Working Group on Cross-border Cartels (Informal WG on CBCs) during this webinar.
Established in 2020, this Working Group has become a key platform for international cooperation. It provides a dedicated space for competition authorities to strengthen collective efforts and share valuable experiences in addressing cross-border cartels.
The webinar will build on the discussions and exchanges on cooperation in cross-border cartels held during the first meeting of the informal working group on 6 February 2026. It will bring together competition law enforcers from various authorities to share their experiences on international cooperation in dealing with cross-border cartels and bid-rigging cases.
The webinar will serve as a forum for dialogue among competition officials. It will also provide participants with an opportunity to strengthen professional networks and explore effective approaches for cooperation towards promoting fair and competitive global markets.
