Workshop on the modernization of the COMESA Investment Agreement

COMESA in cooperation with UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD) is reviewing its regional investment agreement in line with international and continental best practices. 

In this context, the COMESA Secretariat in cooperation with UN Trade and Development is organizing an in-person workshop that presents policy options for the modernization of the COMESA Investment Agreement to its member States. 

This workshop is organized within the context of a broader cooperation between UN Trade and Development and COMESA to enhance the international investment agreements regime in COMESA countries.
