Anjali is responsible for leading and implementing the AIGCC regional and international policy agenda. She is based in Singapore.
In July 2024, Anjali was appointed as an Industry Advisory Panel member to the Joint Sustainable Finance Working Group (JSFWG), for a two-year term. The JSFWG is jointly organised by The ASEAN Capital Markets Forum and the ASEAN Working Committee on Capital Market Development.
Anjali has more than seven years of experience working on the energy-related aspects of climate action. Prior to joining AIGCC, she worked with two leading climate think-tanks, the International Institute for Sustainable Development and the Council on Energy, Environment and Water, on developing policy and research on the energy transition, with a focus on India. She has also worked with some of the top law firms in India on facilitating investments into the energy and infrastructure sectors in India.
Anjali completed a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Oxford, UK and an undergraduate degree in Law from Gujarat National Law University, India. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Malayalam.


Sociologist and international relations professional specializing in South–South and Triangular Cooperation. She works in the Agencia Presidencial de Cooperación Internacional de Colombia (APC Colombia) in the South–South Cooperation Data Team. She coordinates data and reports to SIDICSS and UNCTAD. She has supported high-level events such as COP16, the UN World Data Forum, and Greater Caribbean Week. She provides cross-cutting support across Latin America and the Caribbean and develops briefs and inputs for regional events.

David Vivas Eugui is Chief of Ocean and Circular Economy Unit, a.i., Trade, Environment, Climate Change and Sustainable Development Branch, at UNCTAD.
Previously, he was a Senior Economic Affairs Officer in UNCTAD’s Trade Negotiations and Commercial Diplomacy Branch, Deputy Programmes Director at the International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development (ICTSD), Senior Attorney at the Center for International Environmental Law (CIEL), Attaché for Legal Affairs at the Mission of Venezuela to the World Trade Organization (WTO) and Staff Attorney at the Venezuelan Institute of Foreign Trade. David is an international expert with more than 20 years of experience on legal and economic issues.
He has worked as an advisor and consultant for various institutions, international and national organizations and has lectured on intellectual property, trade, oceans economy and environmental law at the University of Strasbourg (CEIPI), Universidad de Buenos Aires (Argentina), Universidad Javeriana (Colombia), Maastricht University (the Netherlands), WIPO Distant Learning Academy, and University of Business and International Studies (Switzerland).
He holds a JD from the Universidad Catolica Andres Bello, an LLM from Georgetown University and a Master in Transnational Business from the Universidad Externado de Colombia.

Christian Volpe Martincus is Principal Economist at the Integration and Trade Sector of the Inter-American Development Bank. Christian has expertise in international trade, foreign direct investment, and regional integration and has advised governments in both Latin America and the Caribbean and OECD countries on these matters. He previously worked for the Ministry of the Economy of the Province of Buenos Aires and was advisor at the MERCOSUR Commission of the National Representatives Chamber in Argentina.
At the IDB, Christian has been working on the impacts of trade and investment facilitation and promotion policies, the effects of trade and multinational production on sustainability, and the implications of digital technologies for trade and investment, among other topics.
Christian has a PhD in Economics from the University of Bonn, and is CESifo Research Fellow, Associate Editor of the Review of International Economics, and member of the Editorial Board of the World Trade Review.


Lattanaphone Vongsouthi currently serves as the Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MOIC) of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic. In this role, she oversees the coordination and supervision of all Trade-Related Technical Assistance (TRTA) initiatives in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic through the Trade and Private Sector Working Group under the Round Table Process.
She provides strategic guidance and leadership in implementing the Trade and Private Sector Development Roadmap of the Ministry and plays an instrumental role in formulating the Five-Year Industry and Commerce Development Plan (2026–2030).
With more than 15 years of experience in the mobilization and management of development assistance within the trade and private sector spheres, Lattanaphone has held several key positions within the Ministry. Most recently, she served as Director of the National Implementation Unit (NIU), where she contributed significantly to enhancing the effectiveness of Aid for Trade, promoting public–private dialogue to improve the business environment, and advancing technical assistance to strengthen trade facilitation, business competitiveness, and private sector development in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic.
