

Michelle Belgrave is Customs and Trade Compliance Director for the Caribbean, at DHL Express, where she oversees the operations of 31 countries and territories to ensure Customs compliance and drives operational efficiency through the implementation of global SOPs.
Ms Belgrave has made a significant contribution towards achieving meaningful trade facilitation and Customs reforms throughout the Caribbean. She has a longstanding reputation as a business leader and global trade and customs professional.
In her different leadership roles, she has worked collaboratively with government authorities, business associations, and international organizations, identifying key areas of opportunity to improve the business environment, sharing best practices, and representing the express industry in international fora, including as Lead Representative of the express industry at the Conference of Latin American and Caribbean Express Companies (CLADEC), and currently as a Board Member of AmCham Trinidad and Tobago.

Christophe Bellmann is the Head of Policy Analysis and Strategy at the Forum on Trade, Environment and the SDGs.
He is also an Associate Fellow at Chatham House and a Visiting Fellow, at the Institute of International Trade of the University of Adelaide. Since 2014, he serves as adviser to the group of least developed countries in WTO negotiations. His work focuses on trade and environment, climate change, the circular economy, development and food security.
Before joining TESS, Mr. Bellmann was a Senior Policy Advisor at the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) and a Senior Resident Research Associate at the International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development (ICTSD). Over the course of his career, he has worked in different capacities for various international organizations including FAO, UNCTAD, the OECD, the WTO and ECLAC.
He holds a master's degree from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva.

Grégoire Bellois is Lead, Critical Minerals and Geology with the Intergovernmental Forum on Mining, Minerals, Metals and Sustainable Development (IGF), where he leads the Secretariat’s work on critical minerals, circularity, and sustainable sourcing initiatives. His work focuses on the intersection of mining policy, environment, and the energy transition, supporting governments in navigating the evolving landscape of mineral supply chains and sustainability standards.
With 20 years of experience in the natural resources sector, Grégoire brings expertise in both policy and technical aspects of mining and exploration. Before joining IGF, he was a mining research analyst with the Responsible Mining Foundation in Switzerland, contributing to the development and assessment of corporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance in the mining sector.
As a geologist, Grégoire worked on oil and gas, and mineral exploration projects across Central and West Africa. He also served as an administrator local exploration companies, overseeing technical and operational aspects of resource exploration and development. In addition, he has provided strategic and technical advisory services for the extractive industries as a consultant.
Grégoire has a master’s degree in geosciences from the University of Bordeaux in France. Grégoire speaks English and French fluently and is based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Kalthoum Ben Rejeb has serverd as Minister of Trade and Export Development in the Government of Tunisia since 2023. She was previusly Tax Ombudsman within the Ministry of Finance.
She joined the General Directorate of Tax Control as a Public Services Adviser, where she rose through the ranks to become Director General.
She holds a master's degree in public law from the Faculty of Law in Sousse (1991), and is a graduate of Ecole Nationale d'Administration.
Hassiba Benamara is a maritime transport and trade economist. She has over 25 years of professional experience in transport and trade logistics. She holds a graduate degree in Economics and an undergraduate degree combining Economics and Political Science from the University of Ottawa (Canada).
Since joining UNCTAD in 2005, Hassiba has been responsible for various files dealing with maritime transport and trade. She contributed to articles and book chapters focusing on maritime transport economics, security, and sustainable shipping, and co-authored 18 editions of the UNCTAD annual Review of Maritime Transport. Areas of work include seaborne trade, port developments, climate change mitigation and adaptation, transport costs, supply chain security, sustainable freight transport, corridor management, and maritime supply chain resilience.
Before joining UNCTAD, Hassiba has been working for the Canadian Ministry of Transportation in the international shipping and international trade divisions, respectively. Working areas spanned marine insurance and liability, arrest of ships, maritime liens and mortgages, maritime security, antitrust immunity, liner conferences, cabotage, and transport services trade liberalization.

Dora Benedek is a Deputy Division Chief at the Tax policy division of the Fiscal Affairs Department of the IMF. She joined the Fund in 2011 where she has been engaged in Technical assistance and tax policy related analytical work, as well as country work on Bosnia and Herzegovina and Belarus.
Prior to her Fund career she worked in the public administration in Hungary, first at the Ministry of Finance, followed by the Office of the Fiscal Council where she was leading the work of the tax policy analysis team. Her analytical work focuses on tax policy, labor market issues, inequality and microsimulation.
She has a PhD in public finance from the Central European University.

Patricia Benedetti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from the Escuela Superior de Economía y Negocios (ESEN) in El Salvador and a Master’s degree in International Relations from Webster University in Geneva.
She contributed to the establishment of El Salvador’s Mission to the WTO and WIPO in 2003, later serving as Minister Counsellor and Deputy Representative.
Appointed as Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the WTO and WIPO in October 2019, she has over 19 years of experience in international trade, focusing on negotiations and implementation of multilateral trade agreements. She currently co-chairs the WTO’s Informal Working Group on Trade and Gender.
