Webinar on WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement: Understanding the Provisions - Part 2
for Members of the National Trade Facilitation Committees of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States
The members of the National Trade Facilitation Committees (NTFCs) from the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) countries are participating in UNCTAD’s e-Learning Course for National Trade Facilitation Committees. As part of this training, ten webinars will be organized with the members of the OECS’ NTFCs. This seventh module/lesson is entitled “WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement: understanding the provisions - Part 2”. After completing this module, participants will be more versed with various provisions of the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement. For each of the specific provisions, participants will understand better what the measure requires, what is not included in the measure, and what countries should check to make sure they are in compliance with the measure.
The objective of the webinar is to provide NTFCs from the OECS with an opportunity to discuss more in-depth the content of this module of UNCTAD e-Learning Course for NTFCs. Besides discussion on the content of the module, participants will also have the chance to share their experience on the best use of the platform.
