
H.E. Justice Abubaker Hussein Omar Alsaggaf is a Yemeni National born in 1965 was appointed by the President of the Republic of Yemen as President of the Central Organization for Control and Auditing, COCA in 2013. He has been in office since then. In this position, he has the duties and responsibilities as the Auditor General of the Republic of Yemen.
By law, he has a rank of state minister. And in financially and administratively managing COCA, he has the power of two ministers: Minister of Finance and Minister of Civil Services. As COCA, the Supreme Audit Institution of Yemen, is an autonomous body.
Justice Abubaker has the profession of a judge in the Courts of law. He obtained his Bachelor Degree in Law from Aden University, Republic of Yemen in 1989. Immediately after that, he assumed his duties as a Judge in the courts of law, progressed through, up to Chief of appeal court during the period: 1989-2009.
In 2009, he was selected by the President of the Republic to be a Board Member of High Authority for Tender Control: during the period: August 2009 -May 2013; That was all in recognition of his outstanding work in the courts of law and the ability to demonstrate high competency and high level of integrity.

He has shaped, directed, and influenced significant elements of the Kingdom’s international institutional policy, regulatory and economic development, including contributions and commitments at the G20 and also at the IMF in his earlier career, and through continuous representative governance. In addition to his research-based and representative roles, his leadership included the regulatory and supervisory control functions of the Saudi Central Bank, in pursuit of financial stability.
He has earned recognition nationally and internationally for his participation in, and contribution to multiple institutions, initiatives, official forums, boards of directors and committees.
Dr. Alshathri obtained Ph.D., in Economics, from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, United States and MSc, Economics, King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Deemah bint Yahya AlYahya is a Saudi tech diplomat and digital economy expert. In 2021, she was elected as the first Secretary-General of the Digital Cooperation Organization, an inter-governmental organization established in 2020 to work towards a world in which every country, business and person has a fair opportunity to prosper in the global digital economy. She works directly with heads of state, government ministers and digital economy leaders to promote the inclusive development of the digital economy, focusing on global initiatives with real-world impact.

A trailblazer for Saudi women in tech, Secretary-General AlYahya began her career as a developer but quickly demonstrated her ability to build public sector centers of innovation from the ground up, among them Saudi Arabia’s National Digital Transformation Unit and the Innovation wing of the MiSK Foundation.
She has served as Chief Innovation Evangelist at Microsoft, responsible for expanding the developer ecosystem and in empowering youth, women and independent software vendors by providing the technology, skills and tools they needed to evolve from job seekers to job creators.
She holds a BA in Computer Science and Information Systems from King Saud University, and has attended senior executive programs with Harvard Business School, and the INSEAD business school.

Dr. Al Zarooni is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of the World Free Zones Organization, a multilateral organization which acts as an association for all free zones in the world. He is also the Secretary-General of the Dubai Free Zone Council.
With over 25 years of experience leading and developing free economic zones, H.E. Dr. Mohammed Al Zarooni is considered one of the world's top free zone influencing leaders.
In 2021, H.E. Dr. Al Zarooni was appointed as Executive Chairman of Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ), holding three of Dubai's pioneering Free Zones, Dubai Airport Freezone, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and Dubai CommerCity.
In 2014, H.E. Dr. Al Zarooni was instrumental in conceptualizing and establishing the non-profit World Free Zones Organization.
In 2002, the Dubai Government appointed him as Vice Chairman and CEO of the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA), one of the region's most advanced and successful technology hubs. He continues to lead Dubai Airport Freezone and Dubai Silicon Oasis concurrently.
In 2000, H.E. Dr. Al Zarooni was appointed as Director-General of the Dubai Airport Freezone Authority (DAFZA), which, through his visionary leadership, quickly grew to become one of the top-performing free zones in the world.
H.E. Dr. Mohammed Al Zarooni graduated with a Ph.D. Degree from the University of Durham in the U.K.
Max Amanu is a Development Economist, Youth Empowerment Strategist and Education Activist, dedicated to empowering young people to become active agents of positive change through advancing access to quality education and championing youth participation in public life.
He is currently the Regional Director for Africa at changing-lives Switzerland, Thematic Lead for Education and Employability at the Queen Elizabeth II Commonwealth Trust (QECT) and a Co-Founder of Northwind Foundation, a nonprofit organization that empowers youth from low-income backgrounds through access to free education and employability skills training.
Alberto Americo is a Senior Macroeconomic Analyst at the Bank for International Settlements (BIS). Alberto has held various roles within the Monetary and Economics Department and the Banking Department at BIS. He has contributed to quarterly reviews, annual reports, and economic outlooks, and has led and supported various research projects in forecasting, financial markets, and macroeconomics. His international experience includes an assignment in Hong Kong at the BIS representative office for Asia and the Pacific. He began his career at the European Central Bank (ECB) as a trainee in the Directorate General Statistics. He holds a Master of Science in Economics from Università degli Studi di Torino. With a strong background in macroeconomics and a keen interest in commodity markets, Alberto has co-authored research on the energy transition's impact on markets.
The Honourable Mia Amor Mottley, Q.C., M.P., became Barbados' eighth and first female Prime Minister on 25 May 2018.
Ms. Mottley was elected to the Parliament of Barbados in September 1994 as part of the new Barbados Labour Party Government.
Prior to that, she served as one of two Opposition Senators between 1991 and 1994. One of the youngest persons ever to be assigned a ministerial portfolio, Ms. Mottley was appointed Minister of Education, Youth Affairs and Culture from 1994 to 2001.
She later served as Attorney General and Deputy Prime Minister of Barbados from 2001 to 2008 and was the first female to hold that position.
Ms. Mottley is an Attorney-at-law with a degree from the London School of Economics, specialising in advocacy. She is also a Barrister of the Bar of England and Wales.
In 2002, she became a member of the Local Privy Council. She was also admitted to the Inner Bar, becoming the youngest ever Queens Counsel in Barbados.
