

Sofia Scasserra, Economist. Researcher and teacher at the World Labor Institute Of the National University Tres de Febrero in Argentina. She is also an advisor to the latin american trade union movement and to the Argentine Senate labor commission.

Bernhard Schatz has more than 13 years of experience in the public administration in Austria where he held positions at the Austrian Ministry of Finance and the Austrian Court of Audit (CoA). At his time at the MoF he was part of a team introducing a comprehensive budget reform including IPSAS, where he specialised in public financial management topics like budget management, fiscal risk management, accrual accounting and reporting. Afterwards he served as a senior expert for accounting and auditing standards at the CoA. He has served 6 years as a member of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board (IPSASB). He currently is PwC Austrias Public Sector and Sustainability Reporting Leader. Among other functions he serves as a member of the Sustainability Reference Group to the IPSASB, as observer to the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) and as a Technical Advisory Committee member to the World Bank's PULSAR program.
Manfred Schepers is the founder and CEO of ILX Management, an Amsterdam-based development finance asset manager and has 30+ years of experience in both development finance and international capital markets. He has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and led the Bank’s Institutional Investment Partnership program.
He has also been a member of the Investment Committee of the EU’s European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI) and currently serves on the Supervisory Boards of Van Lanschot Kempen and the Nederlandse Waterschapsbank.
Manfred holds an MSc and a BSc in Development Economics from the London School of Economics.

Elmer José Germán Gonzalo Schialer Salcedo is a Peruvian diplomat and professor who has served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs since 2024.
Prior to his current role, he held several important positions, including Executive Director of the Peru Chapter of the Binational Development Plan for the Peru-Ecuador Border Region in 2024, and Secretary General of Foreign Affairs from 2023 to 2024.
He was also the Ambassador of Peru to the Federal Republic of Germany from 2017 to 2023 and served as the Director General of the General Secretariat of the Andean Community from 2014 to 2017, where he led reform efforts to relaunch the organization.
Schialer’s career includes serving as the Director of International Economic Negotiations from 2011 to 2014, overseeing trade negotiations and managing relations with international organizations such as the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the World Trade Organization (WTO), as well as issues related to the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
He was also the National Director of the Initiative for the Integration of Infrastructure in South America (IIRSA) from 2002 to 2004, and held positions including Deputy Director in the Directorate for Europe in 2002 and Director of Middle Eastern and African Affairs in 2001.
On the international stage, Ambassador Schialer served as the Deputy Permanent Representative of Peru to the International Organizations based in Geneva, Switzerland, from 2007 to 2011, where he managed matters related to development, trade, intellectual property, disarmament, and humanitarian law.
His experience also includes roles at Peruvian embassies in Washington, La Paz, and Mexico, as well as in the Peruvian Mission to the United Nations in New York. He was the Consul General in Frankfurt, Germany, from 1999 to 2002.
Schialer has participated in significant international negotiations, including the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP) and agreements concerning biodiversity and disarmament.
He holds a degree in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Peru and a Master's degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP). Additionally, he has completed postgraduate studies in Systems Engineering at the National University of Engineering.

Jeffrey Schlagenhauf is a Deputy Secretary-General of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
His portfolio includes the strategic direction of OECD policy on Public Governance and the Development Cluster, which includes the Development Cooperation Directorate, the Development Centre and the Sahel and West Africa Club (SWAC). He also oversees the Statistics and Data Directorate. In addition, he is responsible for overseeing horizontal work on Anti-corruption and Integrity, and the Sustainable Development Goals.
