Ma Li is Vice President of China International Exhibition Center Group (CIEC).
Mr. Ma is specialized in Exhibition Industry. In CIEC, he is in charge of the Business Groups of Project Development, Exhibition Organization and Data Service. In recent years, he has led the team making major achievements, economically and socially, in projects such as China International Supply Chain Expo, ITMA ASIA + CITME, CIMT, Auto China, Motor China, Print China, Cafe Show China.
Before his career in CIEC, he held the position of Director of Business Division, Dept. of Exhibitions and Events for China Chamber of International Commerce, and also Vice Chairman of CCPIT-Hainan.

Nan has over 25 years’ experience in strategic management roles both with the United Nations and the private sector across Asia, Africa, North America and Europe. She currently leads a global team in investment and sustainable finance research, policy, investment promotion and facilitation, enterprise development, and technical assistance to governments in over 160 countries. She chairs the Governing Board of the UN Sustainable Stock Exchanges Initiative, leads the World Investment Forum and the inter-governmental Working Group on International Standards of Accounting and Reporting.
Before joining UNCTAD, she served as the Global Director of Sustainable Investments and Innovation at UNOPS, where she led a team to promote infrastructure investments in many developing countries and co-invest with DFIs and private investors. She served as UNOPS focal point in the UN Inter-agency Task Force on Financing for Development.
Previously, she served as the Head of UNDP SDG Innovative Finance and as Head of South-South Cooperation and Investment at UNDP's Asia Pacific Center in Bangkok. She led a team to engage public and private investors and developed national policy dialogues and networks on SDG investment, piloted SDG-aligned funds, bonds and projects in multiple countries. She helped to position UNDP as a pioneer in the UN on sustainable investment and innovative finance. She also held positions as Policy Specialist in Capacity Development and Public-Private Partnerships in New York and Johannesburg since 2009, overseeing a regional portfolio in Eastern and Southern Africa.
Before joining UNDP, she spent about 10 years in the private sector in China and the USA, covering market entry and investment strategy, merger and acquisition, business development and sustainability. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and participated in the Executive Leadership program at IESE, and Finance Executive program at Tsinghua University.

Ioannis Lianos is Professor, Chair of Global Competition Law and Public Policy and the founding director of the Centre for Law, Economics and Society (CLES) at the Faculty of Laws, University College London.
He is a member of the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal since 2024. He is also the founder and executive director of the Inclusive Competition Forum based in Brussels. Lianos was President of the Hellenic Competition Commission from August 2019 to January 2024.
He was elected a member of the Bureau of the OECD Competition Committee in 2021 and re-elected in 2022 and 2023. He was also a member of the EU High Level Group for the Digital Markets Act (DMA) in 2023-2024 and the Chairman of the Special Law Commission that was in charge of the preparation of the New Competition Law Bill in Greece, which led to a significant reform of competition legislation in January 2022 (Greek Law 4886/2022 which included important legislative innovations).
He has published extensively in competition law/antitrust, regulation, political economy and the law.
Lianos is a laureate of the French Academy of Moral and Political Sciences and a past winner of the Philip Leverhulme prize in the UK. His work has been influential in several jurisdictions and is often cited by competition authorities and courts.

She was Head of the Legal Office, General Secretary, Advisor to the Superintendent, Delegated Superintendent for Industrial Property (e), Delegated Superintendent for Consumer Protection and Superintendent of Industry and Trade (e), Superintendent of Industry and Trade, Superintendent of Transport and currently serves as Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Transport.

Dario is the Director of Sustainable Energy at the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), a region that includes 56 member States in North America, Europe and Asia. In this capacity, he provides analysis, policy advice and assistance to governments for the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Paris Agreements and to facilitate international cooperation in energy within and outside the region. His professional experience in the energy space spans almost 30 years. Prior to joining UNECE, Dario was the Chief Underwriting Officer at SACE, the Italian State Guarantee Agency, responsible for export credit, the EU Green New Deal and the guarantees under the EU Temporary Framework.
Before joining SACE, Dario spent more than a decade with General Electric (GE), where he was responsible for project financing activities, corporate strategy & business development, corporate finance and investment banking, later serving as Global Head of Government and Export finance, managing the group’s relations with export credit agencies and international financial institutions. He previously worked at the Council of Europe Development Bank and with the European Commission. His career started at Cargill.
Dario Liguti has a MSc in Economics from Bocconi University (Milan) and a MA in EU Law from Leicester University (UK).


Minerva Lim is a regulator and policymaker working in the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA). With close to 8 years’ experience in the maritime industry and a demonstrated track record in policy research and analysis, Minerva has covered a range of roles including regulation and development of the port and marine services sectors, strategic planning and strategic communications, and international relations.
Minerva leads Singapore’s international sustainability partnerships, including Singapore’s efforts on maritime decarbonisation at global platforms such as the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) and the UNFCCC, and works with global partners to implement multi-stakeholder green and digital shipping corridors with the Ports of Rotterdam, Los Angeles and Long Beach. She presently co-chairs the Green Shipping Corridors working group of the C40 Green Ports Forum, comprising 20 global ports.
She graduated from the University of Oxford with a Bachelor of Arts in History (First Class Honours) and holds a Masters of Philosophy in World History from the University of Cambridge.

She is Director of the CDEA-Center for European and German Studies, from DAAD (UFRGS-PUCRS), professor at the PhD UNINOVE (São Paulo), current Editor of the Consumer Law Journal-RDC, and Environmental Law Journal-RDA, both by Thomson Reuters (São Paulo) and the Macau Journal of Brazilian Studies, China. She served as an independent expert at the UN Tourism Commission to elaborate on the International Code for the Protection of Tourists (UNWTO).
Her fields of expertise are Consumer and Contract Law, Private International Law, Protection of the weaker party, Digital Services, Family and Child Law, and Mercosur.

Dr. Mikael Lind is the world's first (adjunct) Professor of Maritime Informatics engaged at Chalmers and Research Institutes of Sweden (RISE) and well-known expert in the field of digital collaboration and innovation frequently surfaced in international trade press.
He is an expert contributor at World Economic Forum, Europe's Digital Transport Logistic Forum (DTLF), and UN/CEFACT. He is co-editor of the first two books on Maritime Informatics, co-author of the Practical Playbook for Maritime Decarbonisation, co-editor of the book Maritime Decarbonization, and co-initiator and sponsor of the Virtual Watch Tower (VWT) network initiative.
He has also been instrumental in setting up international ecosystem collaborations as well as co-founding collaborative decision making (CDM) initiatives for different transport and logistics settings.
