Atheer Dawood Salman Al Ghurairi is an Iraqi politician who has been serving as the Minister of Trade of Iraq since 2022.
Before that, he held the following positions:
- Director Manager of State Company for Grains, processing from (2021-2022)
- Director Manager of State Company for Central Markets (2020-2021)
- Deputy Director General of the Planning and Follow-up Department (2018-2020)
He holds a PhD in Economics.

Mohammed Ali Al Shorafa Al Hammadi is a member of the Executive Council and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED). He has joined Hub71 Abu Dhabi as its Chairman in January 2020.
He plays a senior role in numerous leading organisations in Abu Dhabi including being on the board of the Strategic Partnership Council of the Department of Health Abu Dhabi and heads the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO). He also currently serves as Chairman of the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development (KFED).
With years of extensive leadership and industry experience, he has been a steadfast contributor to the progression of Abu Dhabi's economy and financial landscape.
He holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree from London Business School and has completed numerous programmes in leading institutes such as MIT Sloan, Citibank Global Asset Management and Harvard Business School.

Suad Al-Azki is the Director of the Department of Geographical, Environment, and Tourism Statistics at GCC-Stat. With over 20 years of experience in statistics—including 8 years specializing in environment, energy, and tourism—she previously spent 10 years at the Ministry of Higher Education in Oman. Suad is a member of several UN expert groups, including those on disaster statistics, environment and climate change statistics, and sustainable tourism. At GCC-Stat, she plays a key role in harmonizing and standardizing data, methodologies, and classifications across GCC countries in alignment with international standards.

His Excellency Saleh Bin Nasser al-Jasser has been the Minister of Transport and Logistic Services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 23 October 2019, and the chairman of the Board of Directors of Saudia.
Prior to that, he held a number positions. From 2014 to 2019, he served as the Director General of Saudia and a member of its board of directors. Before that, from 2010 to 2014, he was the chief executive officer of the Saudi National Shipping Company. For approximately seven years, from 2003 to 2010, he served as the executive general manager for the Lexus division at Abdul Latif Jameel Group and later at Toyota. He also held the position of general manager of media affairs and marketing programs at Saudi Telecommunications Company from 2000 to 2003. From 1995 to 2000, he was the assistant general manager at al-Jomaih Bottling Plants. From 1990 to 1995, he was a project manager at the Industrial Development Fund. Earlier, from 1983 to 1989, he was the branch services supervisor at Bank AlJazira.
He was appointed as the director general of Saudia and a member of its board of directors from 2014 to 2019. In 2015, al-Jasser was elected to the Board of Governors of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) during its seventy-first meeting in Miami, USA. Later, he was appointed as the Minister of Transport and Logistic Services by a royal order from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on 23 October 2019. On 23 February 2020, he was also appointed as the chairman of the Board of Saudia.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah and a master's degree in Business Administration from King Saud University in Riyadh.

Delilah Al Khudhairy is the Director for Maritime Policy and Blue Economy in the European Commission’s Directorate General for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, DG MARE.
The Directorate drives forward maritime policy and supports and stimulates the creation of knowledge, innovation and investment to unlock the ocean’s economic potential, while fostering dialogue and cooperation on maritime issues among countries and stakeholders by developing common initiatives in the European sea basins. The Directorate provides open access to reliable marine data and stimulates investment of risk capital in the blue economy. Delilah and her team also lead on EU Aquaculture policy, on the EU Algae initiative, on maritime spatial planning and the Common Market Organisation. Her team also provides socio-economic analyses of the fisheries management and of the sustainable blue economy.
Priorly, Delilah was the Director for Strategy, Work Programme and Resources for several years, followed by a short spell as Director for Competences, at the European Commission’s in-house Science and Knowledge service, the Joint Research Centre.
Delilah graduated with a 1st class honours B.Sc (Eng.) and Ph.D degrees in Materials Science Engineering from London University. She was employed in the research and modelling dept. of British Gas PLC before joining the European Commission in 1990.

Eng. Khalid Hasan Ali Al Marzooqi is responsible for leading strategic initiatives and programs related to Digitization, Security, Revenue Management and Trade Facilitation, including innovative solutions, Process Excellence, and Customs foresight. He has an MBA in Project Management from Abu Dhabi University and BSc in Management from Higher Colleges of Technology, Six Sigma Certified, and Member of the Youth Council and Abu Dhabi Government Future Leaders Program.

Dr. Ahmad AlMeghames is the CEO of Saudi Organisation for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA) since 2006, and serves on its board of directors, in addition to administrative positions he holds and committees in which he participates that include: Member of the Technical Committee at the Ministry of Finance for the project of transforming government agencies to the Accrual basis of accounting, Member of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, Member of ISAR, and Member of the consulting committee for the Gulf Cooperation Council Accounting and Auditing Organization (GCCAAO).
Dr. AlMeghames holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration in Accounting from Mississippi State University, USA, a Master of Business Administration, Majoring in Accounting, University of Bridgeport, USA, and a bachelor's degree in accounting from King Saud University, Saudi Arabia.
Shaikha Al Nowais is a distinguished leader in global tourism and hospitality, with an extensive background in delivering governance, sustainability, and economic development projects and initiatives across the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Turkey. Shaikha’s service to the tourism industry extends beyond the private sector, to a number of voluntary stewardship roles where she champions inclusion, education and growth.
Her candidacy for UN Tourism Secretary-General is anchored in a vision of sustainability, digital transformation, ethical governance, and cultural advancement.

Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi is UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade, a position he has held since July 2020. He is responsible for overseeing the development of non-oil foreign trade, the expansion of global trade partnerships and increasing UAE exports.
Dr. Al Zeyoudi’s experience of global trade negotiations was recognized with his appointment as Chair of the 13th Ministerial Conference of the World Trade Organization (MC13) held in Abu Dhabi in February 2024, where he was instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of the Abu Dhabi Declaration, a package of agreements that helped to advance open, rules-based trade.
Prior to his appointment as the Minister of State for Foreign Trade, he served as Minister of Climate Change and Environment and supervised the implementation of the country’s strategies on climate action, agricultural development, animal husbandry and fisheries, in addition to combating desertification and preserving biodiversity.
