
Elsa Beatriz García Bojorges is the President of the Mexican Financial and Sustainability Reporting Standards Board – CINIF (Mexico). She also was Chair of the Intergovernmental Working Group of Experts on International Standards of Accounting and Reporting (ISAR Group) 38th Session and Chair of Latin American Regional Partnership for the promotion of sustainability and SDG reporting, in 2022. She is a CINIF representative at the Sustainability Standards Advisory Forum (SSAF) of ISSB – IFRS Foundation and at the Emerging Economies Group of IASB – IFRS Foundation. She was a Board Member of Group of Latin American Standards Setters (GLASS). She is an Independent Board Member of several public and private companies.

Franklin García Fermín, a former rector of the state university, was appointed to head the Ministry of Superior Education, Science and Technology of the Dominican Republic in August 2020.
García Fermín holds a doctorate in Constitutional Law from the University of the Basque Country (Spain) (2003); a doctorate from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD) (1983). He also did postgraduate studies in Political Science and in International Relations and Diplomacy at the UASD (1996).
He served as rector of the UASD from 2008-2011, vice-rector (2005-2008) and twice dean of the Law and Political Sciences School (1999-2005).
He has been a professor at the UASD from 1984 to 2011. He was a guest professor at the University Paris I (Panthéon Sorbonne), France (April 2001); professor of the Doctoral Program “Democratic Society, State and Law,” at the University of the Basque Country with the University of San José de Abad del Cusco, Peru (2006); professor at the University of Michoacan, Morelia, Mexico (2006); and professor at the Universidad Dominicana O & M (1983-1985); and at the Universidad Interamericana (1984-1985).
He has been president of the Dominican Bar Association (1993-1994).

Noelia Garcia Nebra has over 15 years of experience in international sustainability policy, capacity building, and strategic partnership development. Currently serving as Head of Sustainability & Strategic Partnerships at the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), she leads efforts to advance ISO’s contributions to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, addressing key global challenges such as climate change, plastic pollution, and biodiversity loss.
Her career spans roles at ISO and UNCTAD, where she has spearheaded initiatives in gender equality, institutional strengthening, and investment policy. Noelia holds a Master's degree in International Economics from The Graduate Institute, Geneva.

Lyndon Gardiner, Founder and Chairman of interCaribbean Airways, is a visionary entrepreneur driving economic integration across the Caribbean through enhanced air connectivity.
Raised in the Turks and Caicos Islands, Mr. Gardiner's passion for aviation took flight in 1987 with an informal air taxi service that evolved into interCaribbean - now the largest privately-owned airline in the region. Under his leadership, the airline has grown to operate a 20+ aircraft fleet serving 28 destinations across 18 Caribbean countries.
Mr. Gardiner's commitment to bridging the islands manifested in 2020's expansion amidst the pandemic. His companies, including interCaribbean, Caribbean Aviation Maintenance Services, and Provo Air Center, comprise the InterIsland Aviation Services Group.

Drew Gardiner is a Youth Employment Specialist and member of the Global Technical Team of International Labour Organization’s Employment Policy Department. He was previously the Chief Technical Adviser of the ILO’s “Taqeem initiative” Which undertakes impact evaluation of policies and programmes on women’s and youth employment.
Drew is a researcher, speaker and adviser on evidence-based active labour market intervention and has mobilized and managed a portfolio of labour market interventions and has mobilized and managed a portfolio of labour market programmes related to skills, entrepreneurship and employment services across Africa and the Middle East government. He has a B.A. in International Relations and French from the University of Calgary and an MBA from the University of Geneva.

Ms. Susan Gardner has over two decades of experience in science and environmental policy working for both the Mexican and United States governments. She was a senior official in the United States National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration focused on fisheries science and ocean conservation. Prior to this position, she was a senior official at the U.S. Department of State in the Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs and worked for the Mexican Federal Government as an environmental scientist at the Centro de Investigaciones Biológicas del Noroeste. She has a Doctoral Degree in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences from the University of Washington, a Master of Science Degree in Toxicology from North Carolina State University, and a bachelor's degree in Marine Science from Long Island University. Her research has generated over 30 publications including a book and book chapters on topics related to ecology, toxicology, fisheries management and species conservation.
Josep Garí serves as a Senior Policy Advisor at UNDP. He is a political ecologist, dedicated to international cooperation for sustainable rural and territorial development. He currently leads the Climate and Forests pillar of the UNDP Climate Hub, serving in the UN-REDD management and overseeing the UNDP REDD+ portfolio. Prior to UNDP, he worked at the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank and FAO. He has also served in multilateral diplomacy for agriculture and the environment, including as rapporteur in the negotiations for the International Seed Treaty (2001) and as UN envoy to the Congo forests and climate agreement (2011). Josep holds a doctorate from the University of Oxford and is a fellow of the World Academy of Art and Science.
