Tevin Shepherd is a Youth Specialist at the U.S Agency for International Development. He brings a wealth of regional and international experience having worked with the Human and Social Division at the OECS Commission for the last 3 years. He supported and led various policy and programme initiatives in education and youth development. Before joining the OECS Commission, Tevin worked with the University of Cambridge where he coordinated a Youth Development programme across 52 Commonwealth Member States focused on building leadership capacities of youth in that region.
Over the years working in Youth Development, Tevin has conceptualized and implemented several innovative programmes. Some of which include Youth Talk Through Arts, a programme focused on engaging vulnerable youth in policy discourse using the arts and Giga, an initiative aimed at empowering young people in the OECS with digital skills. He was also involved in youth development at a Community level; having established a Youth organization in 2009, focused on empowering young people in one of the poorest communities in Saint Lucia and served as the 2nd Vice President of the Saint Lucia National Youth Council where he established a scholarship fund for vulnerable youth, established student councils at primary and secondary schools and engaged in various advocacy initiatives.
Tevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Master of Arts in International Social Development, Certificates in Leading Change, Executive Coaching and Project Management, is a Certified Green Project Manager, and is finalizing his thesis for a Master in Project Management. He is a Chevening Scholar and in 2016 received a leadership award from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth ll for his contribution to youth development in Saint Lucia.
Mr. Ahmed Shide is the Minister of Finance of Ethiopia since October 2018. Previously Mr. Shide served as Minister of Transport as well as Minister of Government Communication Affairs of Ethiopia. Before that, he served as a State Minister of Ministry of Finance and Economic Development for more than eight years, where he diligently led the country’s economic cooperation and regional development and integration agenda.
During his service as a State Minister, he championed the economic reform endeavors of the Government and contributed to the significant development achievements the country recorded over the past couple of decades. He is now leading the economic reform agenda the Government announced recently which aims to boost private participation in many areas of the economy and enhance economic efficiency.
Moreover, he also dedicatedly served the Government of Ethiopia at various capacities including at the regional state level. Minister Ahmed Shide is a member of the Federal Parliament of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
Mr. Shide holds Masters of Arts in Participation, Development and Social Change from the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex, United Kingdom, Post-Graduate Diploma in Managing Rural Resources and Resource Conflicts from the Institute of Social Studies, The Hague, the Netherlands, and MBA from Greenwich University, London, United Kingdom. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ethiopian Civil Service College, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Victor Shieh is IAPH’s Strategy and Communications Director, after beginning as Communications Partner for its World Ports Sustainability Program in 2018. Victor has been involved in the maritime and logistics industry since he graduated in BCom from The University of Birmingham, first as a management trainee of the National Freight Consortium in the UK and Logistics Systems Manager before leaving for Spain to commercially manage an enterprise serving Iberian ports and logistics operations with real-time radio data solutions. He then moved to Belgium in 1998 to become European Business Unit Manager for a voice-based logistics data system, before joining Maersk subsidiary Safmarine Container Lines as Global PR and Communications Executive. After ten years in the role, Victor set up his own communications agency, advising maritime and logistics organisations on all aspects of corporate communications.
Miho Shirotori is the Chief of the Trading Systems, Services and Creative Economy Branch within the Division on International Trade and Commodities (DITC) at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
She leads a team of experts dedicated to analyzing how trade agreements, trade in services, and the creative economy can foster inclusive and sustainable economic diversification.
Her areas of expertise include promoting equitable trade in agriculture, particularly for least developed countries (LDCs), low-income countries, and net food-importing developing countries.

Ms. Archana Shirsat is a Deputy Director General at INTOSAI Development Initiative (IDI) based in Oslo, Norway. IDI is an INTOSAI ( International Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions) body that works towards independent, credible and sustainable Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) for better societies and improved lives (www.idi.no).
Within IDI, she is a part of the leadership team and heads the Professional and Relevant SAIs department. Her department leads IDI’s work with professional competency development, audit leadership development, sustainable SAI audit practices and demonstrating impact to enhance public trust in SAIs. This also includes promoting and supporting professional audit practices in trending areas such as SDGs, technology and AI, equality & inclusion, climate action, public debt and sustainability reporting in the public sector. Archana is a member of Forum for INTOSAI Professional Pronouncements (FIPP) which is a part of the standard setting mechanism for public sector audit standards.

Mr. Shivolo has been employed at the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy since 1996 in various positions and is currently a Deputy Executive Director, Department of Mines. He serves as Director on various boards and Government Committees for the implementation of Government Directives and Programs. He was the longest serving Mining Commissioner in the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy.
Mr. Shivolo studied geology, mining and electrical engineering at the Colorado School of Mines, USA. He holds B.SC degrees in General Engineering and Materials Science Engineering from New Mexico Institute of Mining & Technology, Socorro, New Mexico, USA.
