Peter Tzeng is an attorney at Foley Hoag, where he exclusively advises and represents sovereign States on matters of public international law, international organizations, and international arbitration. He regularly litigates cases before the International Court of Justice, where he previously clerked for the former President of the Court. He also represents States in inter-State and investor-State arbitration. He is a recipient of the Diploma of The Hague Academy of International Law and a graduate of Yale Law School and Princeton University.

Uchral Nyam-Osor was recently appointed as the Minister of Mongolia and the Chief Cabinet secretary of Mongolia.
Prior to that he served as the Minister of Digital Development and Communications of Mongolia between 2022-2024. From 2020 to 2022, he served as Chairman of the Standing Committee on Innovation and Digital policy in the Parliament of Mongolia.
Naym-Osor is also the President of the Social Democracy Mongolian Youth Association and the National Association of Information Communication and Communication, roles he has held since 2019. He previously served as the Chairman of the ad hoc committee for e-Policy of the Great Khural from 2018 to 2020.
Naym-Osor has been a member of the Great Khural since 2016 and held positions such as Media and Public Relations Policy Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia in 2015-2016 and Bayanzurkh District Assembly Representative from 2012 to 2016.
He earned a bachelor's degree of arts in laws at Ikh Zasag International University in 2007 and earned an MBA degree at Gloucestershire university in the United Kingdom. Nyam-Osor also earned a master's degree in historical sciences at Mongolian State University of Education in 2012. In 2013, he earned his PhD in historical sciences at Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Mr. Selim Uddin is currently serving as the Secretary at the Ministry of Commerce of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
He began his career as an Assistant Commissioner and Magistrate in Naogaon district. Later, he served as an Assistant/Senior Assistant Commissioner in Chandpur, Bandarban Hill District Council, and Bandarban district.
He also served as the Upazila Nirbahi Officer in Ramu Upazila of Cox's Bazar district and as the Deputy Commissioner in Bhola district. In addition, he has held important responsibilities as Senior Assistant Secretary/Deputy Secretary/ Joint Secretary/Additional Secretary in various departments including the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources, Planning Ministry, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Commerce, and Ministry of Industries.
Chidinma Cynthia Udeogu is a policy advocate and entrepreneurship ecosystem builder based in Abuja, Nigeria. She currently serves as the Assistant General Manager of the Nigeria Economic Zones Association (NEZA), the umbrella body for Special Economic Zones (SEZ) operators in Nigeria. In her role, she leads national-level engagements that position SEZs as tools for inclusive growth and industrialization.
Pamela Ugaz is an international trade lawyer with over 15 years of experience in trade policy, trade facilitation, regional integration, and project management. She collaborates with the Trade Facilitation Section, UNCTAD since 2013, conducting technical assistance and capacity building projects towards the implementation of the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement in African Asia and Latin America. She also conducts research on trade facilitation topics. Prior to joining UNCTAD, she worked as Associate Economic Affairs Officer at the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe and as Legal Affairs Officer at the World Trade Organization. As legal Adviser to the Vice-Minister of Foreign Trade of Peru, she negotiated transparency and dispute settlement provisions in several Regional Trade Agreements between Peru and its trade partners, including the EU, China, the US, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Canada, and the EFTA. Ms. Ugaz holds a Ph.D. in International Trade Law from the University of Geneva and a Master in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies.


Jenny Ann Urban is the Managing Director of Air Charter and Maintenance for NATA, the leading association representing the business interests of general aviation service companies on legislative and regulatory matters at the federal level. In this role, Jenny Ann monitors executive branch agency activities and serves as the team liaison to NATA’s Air Charter and Maintenance Committees.
Prior to joining NATA, Jenny Ann was a Manager of Transport and Logistics at PwC Middle East. She advised government executives on aviation regulations and air traffic development throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She previously served as an associate at the international law firms of Cozen O’Connor and K and L Gates LLP, counseling clients, including airlines, trade associations, airports, and manufacturers on regulatory compliance.
Jenny Ann earned her LL.M. in Air and Space Law, J.D., M.B.A., and B.A. all from the University of Mississippi.
Eric Usher Heads the UN Environment Programme Finance Initiative, UNEP FI, a global partnership bringing together the UN with a global group of banks, insurers and investors working to develop the sustainable finance and responsible investment agendas. Eric oversees governance, strategy and day-to-day management of UNEP FI’s work programme and global network development. Over the years UNEP FI has established some of the most important sustainability oriented frameworks within the finance industry, including the Principles for Responsible Investment (2006), the Principles for Sustainable Insurance (2012) and the Principles for Responsible Banking (2019).
Since joining in 2015, Mr. Usher has focused on accelerating the deep integration of sustainability risks into financial practice, including addressing climate change, natural capital loss and human rights abuses, as well as building out the frameworks for positive impact finance needed to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Eric sits on several industry bodies including as UN representative on the Board of the Principles for Responsible Investment, and as a member of the governing boards of the Sustainable Stock Exchanges Initiative, the Net-Zero Asset Owner Alliance, the Investor Agenda and the impact fund REPP Africa.
Prior to leading UNEP FI, Mr. Usher has over twenty years of experience in the low carbon sectors, spanning technology commercialisation in Canada, solar rural electrification in Morocco and financial sector development across emerging markets. During 2011, Mr. Usher worked on the establishment of the Green Climate Fund and led efforts to create its Private Sector Facility. Eric has been an editor of the Global Trends in Renewable Energy Investment report published annually with Bloomberg and was lead author for finance of the IPCC Special Report on Renewable Energy Sources. Earlier in his career, Eric was General Manager of a solar rural electrification company based in Morocco.
