
Firhaana Bulbulia is the founder of the Barbados Association of Muslim Ladies, a community based organisation supporting the socio-economic and educational development of Muslim Women and Girls. With over 10 years experience in grassroots and community organising, Firhaana has served at the national, regional and international level representing Barbados on issues related to women and child rights.
Firhaana contributions have been recognized by the Queen’s Young Leader Award and One Young World. She presently serves as a Gender and Communications Analyst, Project Coordinator of U-Report Barbados and Education Ambassador to the Shirley Chisholm Education Foundation.

Minister Josefina Bunge is a carrier diplomat, currently Deputy Permanent Representative, Mission of Argentina to the International Organizations in Geneva and negotiator for fisheries subsidies (WTO).
Before being posted to Geneva Ms. Bunge was the Coordinator for Ocean Policy and South Atlantic Issues at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship of Argentina. From 2017 and until her posting to Geneva, she was Representative for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Marine Protected Areas Consultative Council, at the Federal Fisheries Council. She was also the Technical Representative for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Pampa Azul.
Ms. Bunge has worked during most of her career in the Office of the Legal Adviser of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, dealing with Law of the Sea, Fisheries and Environmental law. She has been negotiator on BBNJ, SDGs and 2030 Agenda, IWC, ECOSOC, Second Committee UNGA and FAO-COFI.
From 2015 to 2017 she was vice-Consul in Tel Aviv and Consul in Ramallah. From 2010 to 2015 she was posted at the Permanent Mission of Argentina to the United Nations in New York, Coordinating macro-economic issues and Sustainable Development issues. Ms. Bunge holds an LLM in Public International Law from London School of Economics and Political Science and is a Rhodes Scholar. She is mother to Julia and Luisa.

With over 35 years of experience in the Cambodian Customs Administration, Mr. BOU Bunnara is a distinguished legal professional specializing in customs law, trade facilitation, Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) Program, customs brokerage, trade remedy law, and international trade regulations.
His impressive track record includes drafting Cambodian Customs Laws and Regulations. As a legal professional, he led expert teams to draft the 2007 Cambodia Customs Law, revise the Cambodia Customs Law, and establish the AEO Program in Cambodia. Mr. Bunnara is also a member of the Secretariat of the Cambodia National Committee on Trade Facilitation (NCTF).
Mr. Bunnara holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Public Administration from the Royal University of Law and Economics, as well as a Senior Civil Servant Diploma, majoring in Economy and Finance, from the prestigious Royal School of Administration.
Shanika Burnet is an award winning fashion designer and artist whose culture and lifestyle act as her direct inspiration. Best known for creating environmentally conscious pieces and working with unique Caribbean designed textiles. Growing up in a Rastafari household, Shanika developed her love for the environment and began her journey in the arts as a young child. She spent many summers exploring her creativity, making doll clothes, craft projects and art and developed many additional skills through her teenage years as an avid art student. Since establishing Shakad in 2008, now re-branded Shakad Eco-Lifestyle, she has received several awards, including most recently, the Caribbean Style & Culture “Award of Excellence in Fashion Innovation” at the Caribbean Style and Culture Awards 2021 in Washington D.C., and has been nominated for several others, most notably, Best New Designer at AFWT (Africa Fashion Week Toronto) 2016.

Sergey Burtsev is Head of division, Department for Regulation on Accounting, Financial Reporting and Auditing, Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
Mr. Burtsev works for the Ministry of Finance since 2014. His main responsibilities include policy designing for accounting and auditing reform, monitoring and analysis of accounting and auditing practice, international cooperation in the field of accounting and auditing.
Mr. Burtsev graduated from the Russian State University for the Humanities in 2011 and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia in 2014, holds PhD in International Relations.
Bernardo Busel Niedmann serves as a Special Advisor of the Danish Energy Agency. He has been working as specialist in regulation of renewable energy in government-to-government programs with Colombia, Brazil, Ukraine, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Türkiye, South Korea and Chile.
Before joining the Danish Energy Agency in 2021, he was a partner in a law firm in Santiago de Chile, where he specialized in energy law working with clients from more than twenty countries, focusing his practice in litigation and transactional advice in the energy sector. He has been ranked by Legal 500 and Best Lawyers® as a leading practitioner in the energy law field.
Bernardo Busel Niedmann holds an Advanced Master of Laws (Energy Law) from the Universities of Copenhagen, Groningen, Aberdeen and Oslo and an LL.B. degree from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

Ms. Flavia Busingye is the current Acting Director of Customs at the EAC Secretariat. She has championed a number of trade facilitation initiatives including development and implementation of the Single Customs Territory and other various regional projects and programs on Customs and trade in the region.
Prior, she was the Head of Trade Management in the Rwanda Revenue Authority where she was instrumental in a number of strategic and operational initiatives. She was a team leader of the negotiations of Rwanda’s joining the East African Community. She holds a Master Degree in International and Economic Business Law from the University of Groningen, The Netherlands. She has undertaken trainings in customs, trade, and other programmes on Strategic Management.

Pablo Bustinduy is the Spanish Minister of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs, and Agenda 2030. He was appointed to this position on 21 November 2023.
Pablo Bustinduy holds a PhD in Philosophy from the New School for Social Research in New York. His doctoral thesis was awarded the Alfred Schutz Memorial Award in Philosophy and Sociology in 2021.
Mr. Bustinduy began his university studies at the Complutense University of Madrid, where he earned a degree in Political Science and Administration. He furthered his studies through various scholarships and research programs in France, where he obtained a Master’s degree in History and Political Thought from the Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) in Paris, graduating summa cum laude; and in the United States, where he completed his doctorate.
Since then, he has worked as a researcher and professor of Philosophy, International Relations, and Social Policy at several universities in the United States and Europe, including City College of New York, New York University, and the University of Milan. He has also served as a visiting professor at Columbia University and as a Research Fellow at the Center for American Political Studies at Harvard University.
