

Imran Khan is the 22nd and current Prime Minister of Pakistan and the chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). Before entering politics, he was an international cricketer and captain of the Pakistan national cricket team, which he led to victory in the 1992 Cricket World Cup. He retired from cricket in 1992, as one of Pakistan's most successful players.In 2010, he was inducted into the ICC Cricket Hall of Fame.
He was born in 1952; educated at Aitchison College in Lahore, then the Royal Grammar School Worcester in Worcester, and later at Keble College, Oxford.
In 1991, he launched a fundraising campaign to set up a cancer hospital in memory of his mother. He raised $25 million to set up a hospital in Lahore in 1994, and set up a second hospital in Peshawar in 2015. He remains a prominent philanthropist, having expanded the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital to also include a research centre, and founded Namal College in 2008.
He also served as the chancellor of the University of Bradford between 2005 and 2014, and was the recipient of an honorary fellowship by the Royal College of Physicians in 2012.
In April 1996, Khan founded the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf , and became the party's national leader. He contested for a seat in the National Assembly in October 2002 and served as an opposition member from Mianwali until 2007. He was again elected to the parliament in the 2013 elections, when his party emerged as the second largest in the country by popular vote. He served as the parliamentary leader of the party and led the third-largest bloc of parliamentarians in the National Assembly from 2013 to 2018. His party also led a coalition government in the north-western province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. In the 2018 general elections, his party won the largest number of seats, bringing him to premiership on 18th August 2018.

Dheeraj Kumar Khandelwal has wide experience in the Accountancy Profession for more than 24 years and from the year 2021 onwards he has been the Chairman of the Committee on MSME and Startup of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has been instrumental in the Capacity Building endeavours of MSMEs and startups in India. He has been involved in offering advisory services on accounting systems, accounting principles, auditing, etc. to the MSMEs and their conformity with Indian/International Accounting Standards. He also has specialization in the field of project finance, FEMA, Cross Border Transactions, direct/indirect tax consultancy, and all legal matters related to MSMEs.

Dr. Nam Khanh Pham is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), Vietnam.
He currently serves as Rector of the College of Economics, Law and Government at UEH and as Director of the Environment for Development Center in Vietnam (EfD-Vietnam), the coordinating institution of the BlueRforD collaborative. His research centers on environmental economics and sustainable development, with a strong focus on the green transition and ocean-related resilience in emerging economies.
Dr. Nam has led and contributed to interdisciplinary initiatives addressing climate vulnerability, inclusive growth, and the development of integrated policy tools. He actively collaborates with national and international partners to support science-based policymaking for sustainability in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. His work contributes to frameworks that align environmental, social, and economic goals—particularly in the context of coastal and marine sustainability.

Ms. Nidhi Khare has been serving as Secretary, Department of Consumer Affairs in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution since 1 April 2024.
She previously served as Secretary, Department of Land Resources in the Ministry of Rural Development, where she was actively involved in advancing land records management and enhancing transparency in land administration.
She has served as District Collector in Madhubani, Jamshedpur, and Dumka in the Indian states of Bihar and Jharkhand.
She completed her education in Dehradun and Lucknow and holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry.
Hicham Kharoufi is a seasoned maritime professional with a strong background in naval architecture, engineering, and port operations. Holding a Merchant Marine Officer diploma from the Higher Institute of Maritime Studies (ISEM Casablanca), Hicham further enhanced his qualifications with a Master of Science in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from Pusan National University in South Korea. His specialization lies in ship design and production optimization.
With a career spanning over several years, Hicham has held pivotal roles within the maritime industry. As a Port Officer at TANGER MED PORT AUTHORITY, he has been instrumental in streamlining port operations and optimizing port calls. Prior to this, he served as the Manager of Marine Technical Workshops in Agadir, where he gained valuable hands-on experience on ship building and propulsion systems.
Currently, as the Head of Port Call Optimization & Invoicing at TANGER MED, Hicham spearheads a strategic project aimed at enabling Just-In-Time operations and elevating TANGER MED to a leading position among global ports in terms of performance and efficiency.
Sangeeta Khorana is Professor of Economics at Aston University in the United Kingdom. She leads research and advises governments on government procurement reform.
Sangeeta has successfully completed several projects on procurement reform for the EU, InterAmerican Development Bank, OECS, International Criminal Court, among others. She has published several books, book chapters and written several journal articles on procurement issues.
She has a PhD from the University of St. Gallen, a summa cum laude Masters' degree in law and economics from Switzerland and MA Economics from India.
