Eva Mudde is the SDG Impact Manager at the Global Sustainable Seafood Initiative (GSSI). She coordinates the development of innovative programmes that implement sustainable change across the global seafood sector and currently spearheads the implementation of the Seafood MAP programme. As a collaboration-oriented person, she works closely with both public and private sector stakeholders to identify new collaboration opportunities that will accelerate the implementation of the SDGs by the global seafood sector and turn seafood into a driver for good to preserve oceans for future generations and drive forward more sustainable seafood.
Prior to joining GSSI, Eva conducted research at the UN FAO. She holds an MSc degree in Marine Biology from Wageningen University, the Netherlands.

Benjamin was confirmed as the Chief Underwriting Officer in July 2020, after acting in the capacity for just over a year. Prior to this, he was a Senior Underwriter. Benjamin has been involved in underwriting transactions across several sectors such as energy, mining, telecommunications, manufacturing, and infrastructure for a wide range of clients including banks, investors, and contractors. Between 2013 and 2015, he was based in Uganda and was responsible for ATI’s field offices in Burundi, Rwanda, and Uganda.
Prior to joining ATI, Benjamin worked at the East African Development Bank. In his decade-long career at the Bank, he advanced to the position of Senior Project Officer working on various development projects.
Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering a Master of Science Degree in Construction Management from Makerere University as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the East & Southern Africa Management Institute. He also has a post-graduate certificate in project planning and finance from Bradford University.
Basílio Zefanias Muhate is a Mozambican national who assumed office as Minister of Economy in January 2025.
Prior to his current appointment, he built a diverse professional career across several sectors, with notable experience in Economics, Trade, Accounting and Auditing, Marketing, Risk Management, Business Negotiation and Strategy,and Project Management. His expertise spans both public institutions and private enterprises, particularly in the areas of industrial production, consultancy, and financial auditing.
Throughout his career, he has held key leadership and advisory roles, including Member of the Board of Directors, Member of the Executive Council, and Economic and Financial Advisor to the Board. He has also served as an Economic and Financial Consultant and Tutor in Economics, Trade, Risk Management, and Regulatory Studies.
Minister Muhate is an active member of several professional associations in Mozambique, where he has played an important role. These include the Mozambican Association of Economists (AMECON), the Mozambican Association of Young Bankers (AMJB), the National Union of Journalists (SNJ), and the Institute of Directors of Mozambique (IoDMz).
He holds a degree in Economics from Eduardo Mondlane University, and a certificate in Investment and Financingfrom the Center for Financial, Economic and Banking Studies (CEFEB).
Sergio Mujica is the Secretary-General of the International Organization for Standardization, or ISO, a role he has held since 2017.
ISO brings together 174 national standards bodies to develop International Standards that support trade, innovation, sustainability, and health and safety worldwide. Under his leadership, ISO adopted its Strategy 2030, aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, with the vision of making lives easier, safer, and better.
Before joining ISO, Sergio served as Deputy Secretary-General of the World Customs Organization in Brussels, and earlier held several senior positions in the Government of Chile, including Director General of Chile Customs.
He holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a master’s in international law from American University in Washington, D.C. A strong advocate for integrity, transparency, and gender equality, he is also a member of the International Gender Champions network.
In 2021, Sergio was reappointed to a second five-year term as ISO Secretary-General.
Ms Chenai Mukumba is currently the Policy Research and Advocacy Manager at Tax Justice Network Africa (TJNA).
Chenai is responsible for leading the policy unit in research coordination, policy engagement at regional and global levels and technical backstopping of TJNA's national-level advocacy.
She has expertise in international trade and Africa economic governance, with experience in research coordination, policy advocacy and leadership development.
Before joining TJNA, Chenai served as the Director of the Consumer Unity and Trust Society (CUTS) International, Lusaka, a research and advocacy think tank with offices in Africa and Asia.
Gerd Müller, Director General of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) as of 10 December 2021, has had various leadership positions from an early stage in his career. Between 1980 and 1989, he was a teacher at vocational schools and a civil servant at the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs. From 1989 to 1994, he served as a Member of the European Parliament, during which time he was a member of the ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly.
Between 1994 and 2021, he served as a Member of the Parliament of the Federal Republic of Germany, and as a member of the Parliament's Committee on Foreign Affairs and Committee on Economic Cooperation and Development.
In 2005, he was appointed Deputy Minister at the Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection, in charge of international relations, development projects and world food affairs.
In 2013, he was appointed Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development, a position he held until 2021.
Gerd Müller has many years of experience in the fields of multilateral cooperation, sustainability and innovative agriculture. Key focus areas of his work are the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the Paris Agreement on climate change, the Convention on Biological Diversity, and the Beijing Declaration on Gender Equality. Furthermore, he is a strong advocate of fair trade, and initiated legislation in Germany and the European Union on social and environmental standards along supply chains.

Mr Müller joined the QFC Regulatory Authority in April 2012 as Director, Financial Analysis. He joined from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) where, as Senior Executive: Standards, he influenced developments in international standard-setting and South African legislation and regulation.
In October 2015, he was appointed as Director, Prudential Supervision (Banking and Asset Management) and Financial Analysis. In August 2016, he was appointed Managing Director, Supervision and Authorisation, with responsibility for banking, investment management, insurance, financial intermediaries, and anti-money laundering. He currently serves as an advisor on XBRL implementation at the Qatar Central Bank.
Before his position with SAICA, Mr Müller held senior roles in financial management, regulation, financial analysis and investor relations, primarily in financial services. Mr Müller is a member of the Global Forum for Ethics and the Deputy Chair of the Regional Partnership to Promote Sustainability Reporting. He chaired the Intergovernmental Working Group of Experts on International Standards on Accounting and Reporting of UNCTAD in 2014, and was previously Chairman of XBRL SA and a member of the King Committee on Corporate Governance, the Audit Committee Forum and the Corporate Governance Network of the Institute of Directors SA, and Qatar’s Financial Stability and Risk Control Committee. Mr Müller has presented at various international conferences hosted by organisations such as the World Bank, the United Nations, and IFAC, and was also an anchor on business radio and television.


Mr. Mulyana has a long experience in managing Indonesian capture fisheries sector. In his early carrier, Mr. Mulyana’s served as Head of Division Fishing Port Governance. Currently, Mr. Mulyana is serving as Director of Fish Resources Management. His role includes regulating fishing efforts and harvest control rules based on fish stock data, towards Maximum Sustainable Yield in each Indonesian Fisheries Management Area. Obtained a doctoral degree in capture fisheries management, he wrote several scientific articles, especially related to Fisheries Management System in the Arafura Sea.

Ana Cândida Muniz Cipriano, Legal Officer at UNCTAD, is a lawyer, expert in international cooperation and politics, holding an LLM in International and European Law from the University of Geneva (UNIGE), PhD candidate in Law at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) Argentina. Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo section.
