
CA (Dr.) Sanjeev Kumar Singhal, FCA, LLB, PhD, is a Central Council Member of ICAI and an internationally recognized leader in sustainability and governance. With 27 years of expertise, he has chaired ICAI’s key standard-setting boards and UNCTAD ISAR.
Honoured as Business World Sustainability Influencer 2025 and recipient of The Economic Times Excellence in Sustainability Leadership Award 2025, Dr. Singhal has consistently set global benchmarks in thought leadership. He has been instrumental in advancing IFRS-converged Ind AS. He also pioneered India’s Sustainability Reporting Maturity Model (SRMM), World’s first 16 social audit standards, and innovative audit methodologies, benefiting over 50,000 statutory audits annually.
Beyond profession, he leads impactful social initiatives through CA Global Kutumbakam Foundation and CA Parivaar, creating meaningful change in education, healthcare, women empowerment, and food security. A prolific author of 22 books, 50+ research papers, and 2000+ seminars and workshops worldwide, Dr. Singhal continues to inspire professionals globally while advancing sustainability, governance, and inclusive growth.
Justice Anil Kumar Sinha currently holds the position of Minister of Industry, Commerce and Supplies.
A Law graduate from Tribhuwan University, Kathmandu, he secured Advocate license in 1982. Considering his contribution in the law and justice field, the Supreme Court of Nepal honored him as Senior Advocate in 2013. During over 34 years of independent Law practice mostly in Developmental aspects, Business and Taxation Laws and Arbitration, he was also involved in works for preparation of Policy Documents for Public Private Partnership for Urban Environment for the Government of Nepal, Early-state Hydro Power Equity Fund for local Development Banks, Survey for harmonization of hydropower laws of Nepal, Study of requisite changes in Customs Act in compliance with International Conventions, Revision of Manual for Foreign Investment in Nepal and on Land Acquisition for infrastructure projects.
He had also coordinated "National Survey of Public Opinion on the Judiciary in Nepal (2002)". He is a recognized trainer on various Commercial Law, Alternate Dispute Mechanism and Taxation issues at the National Judicial Academy of Nepal. He was appointed as the Justice of the Supreme Court of Nepal on 1st August, 2016 and remained in office till 31st October, 2023. During his tenure, he also headed the Information & Technology Committee at the Supreme Court and worked for implementation of e-Court vision of the Judiciary's Strategic Plan and was instrumental in establishment of Data Centre, Data Recovery Centre and Training Lab for the judiciary.
After retirement, he also chaired a High Level Committee for study and recommendation for reform of Aviation Sector of Nepal.

Mr. Jayant Sinha currently serves as Deputy Comptroller and Auditor General in the Supreme Audit Institution of India.
He has served in various positions within the SAI at Federal and State level. He has also worked in the Government of India in the Ministries of Finance, Defence and Information and Broadcasting.

Eva is the Deputy Head of Product Safety and Rapid Alert System unit in the Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers of the European Commission.
The unit is, inter alia, in charge of the EU General Product Safety Regulation and the management of the Safety Gate, the EU Rapid Alert for Dangerous non-food products. In her capacity, Eva oversees the international activities of the Unit which include bilateral cooperation as well as multilateral cooperation.
Eva serves as bureau member and vice-chair of the OECD Working Party on Consumer Product Safety and is actively involved in the UNCTAD informal group on consumer product safety.
She is also directly in charge for overseeing the joint EU Member States’ enforcement projects, flagship projects such as the EU Product Safety Award, International Product Safety Week, communication and standardisation under the General Product Safety Regulation.
Eva has a 10+ years of expertise in the field of consumer product safety. Before joining the Commission in 2014, she was project-based consultant for public sector and not for profit organisations in Italy and abroad.
She holds a master’s degree in Economics, specialising in political economics and a PhD in social and cognitive sciences.
Dr. Sok Siphana holds the rank of Senior Minister in charge of International and Multi-lateral Trade and Economic Relations in the Royal Government of Cambodia.
His responsibilities encompass guiding and offering support to the Prime Minister and fellow council members. In addition, he is tasked with overseeing specific areas of governmental policy implementation, ensuring their effectiveness. Furthermore, Dr. Sok‘s presence will be pivotal in representing Cambodia on the international stage, as he engages in various global events and meetings.
Dr. Sok Siphana is no stranger to Cambodia’s public service landscape, having held numerous significant roles within the government. Since 2009, he has served as an Advisor to the Royal Government. Simultaneously, he has maintained an active role as a practicing attorney and the Founding Partner of Partner at Sok Siphana and Associates, a law and consulting firm specializing in international trade and corporate law in Phnom Penh.

Katarina serves as the Secretary General of AIPCE.CEP since 2020, the European Association of Fish Processors and Traders.
The association's efforts in Brussels focus on shaping the EU policy and legislation impacting the sector. AIPCE.CEP represents 15 national associations from 9 EU Member States, the UK, and Norway, which collectively encompass over 3,900 businesses and 128,000 jobs.
Her background includes previous experience with the Spanish Association of Wholesalers, Importers, Exporters and Manufacturers of Fishery and Aquaculture Products.
Mahendra Siregar is the chief of the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia.
He previously served as Deputy Foreign Minister and was formerly the Indonesian Ambassador to the United States.
On 25 October 2019, he was appointed as the deputy minister of foreign affairs.
Mr. Mahendra is a respected economist in Indonesia who has held various senior positions within the Indonesian bureaucracy.

Shamika N. Sirimanne is the Director of the Division on Technology and Logistics of UNCTAD. She leads UNCTAD's trade logistics programme, including the work on trade facilitation, maritime transport, port management, and e-commerce and the digital economy. She also supervises UNCTAD’s largest technical cooperation programme, ASYCUDA—the Automated System for Customs.
Ms. Sirimanne has extensive experience in development policy, research and technical cooperation gained from international organizations, national governments, think tanks and universities. Prior to UNCTAD, she served as the Director of the ICT and Disaster Risk Reduction Division of the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), where she spearheaded major regional cooperation programmes such as the Asia-Pacific Information Superhighway initiative, and Regional Drought Monitoring Mechanism.
During her tenure with ESCAP, Ms. Sirimanne also headed the trade facilitation programme, and led the macroeconomic policy work and ESCAP’s flagship publication, Economic and Social Survey of Asia and the Pacific. Prior to that, Ms. Sirimanne was with the UN Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), where she led the economic policy team and the Economic Report on Africa, the flagship publication of ECA. She has also worked for the Canadian Ministry of Finance and the World Bank. Ms. Sirimanne holds a PhD in Economics.
Bonnie Ann Sirois is a Senior Public Sector Specialist at the World Bank Group, currently based in Monrovia, Liberia. Since joining the Bank in 2013, she has engaged in reform initiatives across the globe, focusing on public financial management, government digitization, and institutional strengthening. Bonnie has worked with ministries, audit institutions, and integrity bodies on initiatives including the IPSASB Sustainability Reporting Standards, the Pacific’s Foundational Accounting Skills Program, and the PULSAR program, and has authored publications on topics including accrual accounting and sovereign debt transparency. Before joining the Bank, Bonnie served as Deputy Chief Accountant at UNRWA and spent over 15 years providing advisory and assurance services to entities in the United States. Bonnie is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States and Australia.

Suba is the Chief of Section of Financing for Development at UN ESCAP, which seeks to accelerate the flow of sustainable finance within the Asia Pacific region, both by sovereigns and by private issuers and investors. Additionally, the Financing for Development section seeks to inform and influence governments and regulators to drive the appropriate enabling frameworks to achieve greater financing for development in the region, with a particular focus on climate, nature, and energy transitions. Before joining ESCAP, Suba was the Head of Private Sector Development/Investment at the economic consultancy Nathan Associates and Programme Manager at UNDP for the “Business Call to Action” programme. She holds a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Bsc in Government and Economics from the London School of Economics.
