Tonni Brodber is the Representative of the UN Women Multi-Country Office in the Caribbean.
Prior to her appointment in August 2020, Ms. Brodber served as Deputy Representative from 2015 -2020 with the MCO Caribbean. Before this Ms Brodber was the Team Leader for the Advancing Gender Justice in the Pacific programme with the UN Women Fiji Multi-Country Office.
Ms Brodber served as the Gender Specialist for the United Nations Development Programme in South Africa, as well as briefly with the UN Women South Africa Multi-Country Office and established what is now the UN Women Country Office in Haiti.
Ms. Brodber work experience also includes lecturing in International Relations and Development Studies at Yanshan University in China, and directing and co-producing, a film on Haiti.
Ms. Brodber received her first degree from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus and has post graduate degrees in Development Studies and Business Administration from the London School of Economics and ESADE Business School in Barcelona.
Ms. Brodber is raising two sons with her husband.
Professor Juliet Brodie is one of the world’s leading experts on seaweeds with research leadership in biodiversity, conservation, community science and seaweed aquaculture and has contributed new ideas and knowledge for more than 35 years.
Her work focuses on seaweeds in a time of rapid environmental change and how seaweed conservation and aquaculture can be integrated to improve livelihoods around the world.
She was a co-lead in GlobalSeaweed-STAR, lead for DEFRA-funded GCBC programmes in Innovative Seaweed Aquaculture and is now co-lead for GCBC GlobalSeaweed-SUPERSTAR and lead for UKRI BBSRC GlobalSeaweed-PROTECT.
She has received several awards, including the 2020 Linnean Medal for Botany, and has served as Presidents of the British Phycological Society, Systematics Association, International Phycological Society and Phycological Society of America.
Dr Thierry Bros is a Professor at SciencesPo Paris, a contributor to the Natural Gas World website. In his 30+ years long career, Thierry was Senior Policy Manager & Lead Analyst for an oil & gas organisation in Brussels, Senior European Gas and LNG Analyst in a bank, notably accredited as the best European gas analyst for five years, as well as Senior Financial Equity Analyst, dealing with gas stocks (from upstream to regulated). Previously, Thierry was in charge of Security of Supply at the French Ministry of Economy and Finance where he liberalised the French gas market and supervised the European Contingency Gas Plan. On the academic side, Thierry has been a Senior Research Fellow of The Oxford Institute for Energy Studies and, in his first book, published in 2012, he rightly forecasted that the surge in US oil and gas production was going to deeply alter the energy and geopolitical landscapes. Thierry holds a Master of chemical engineering from ESPCI ParisTech and a PhD from Ecole Centrale Paris.
Aurelia Bruce is a Policy Specialist currently working at the Commonwealth. Her eight-year career spans both the public and private sector, centring on international trade and the analysis of social, fiscal, legal and regulatory issues affecting the business environment.
Through her work across the world, she has gained experience in trade policy, regional integration, creative industries, and youth development. Having had the opportunity to conduct policy and trade analysis within/for the Caribbean, North America, African and Pacific countries as well as other regions of the world, she also enjoys teaching what she’s learned, evidenced by her development and teaching of university courses at the UWI Open Campus.

Mrs. Brume holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Rutgers Business School, New Jersey, U.S.A and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. In 2019, she completed the Advanced Management and Leadership program (AMLP) at University of Oxford, Saiid Business School, and she is also a Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA). Mrs. Helen Brume has served as Group Head & Deputy General Manager, for the Energy & Specialized Markets Department at Union Bank of Nigeria, Plc., Divisional Head, Power, Infrastructure and Project Finance at the United Bank for Africa Plc for 5.3 years and Head, Power & Infrastructure, Relationship Manager Multinationals at Ecobank. Mrs. Brume also served for 3 years as the Vice President (Investment Banking) at Ecobank Capital (Formerly, Oceanic Capital Company Limited), Nigeria, as well as the Assistant Vice President (Corporate Finance & Investment Banking) of Citibank, Lagos, Nigeria. Mrs. Brume also held various senior roles in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance at Lehman Brothers, New York Equity Capital Markets Merrill Lynch, New York (Equity Derivatives Trading), and Prudential Financial, New Jersey
H.E Mr. Stephan Lars Andreas Brunner Neibig is a Costa Rican politician and economist who is the First Vice President of Costa Rica. He assumed office on 8 May 2022.
Mr. Brunner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in cultural economics from the University of Kiel, a Master of Arts in economics from Indiana University Bloomington, and a PhD in economics from the University of Kiel.

With a background in economics and change management, Timon works on business development, R&D and consultancy challenges in the rapidly changing ICT market. For the past 20 years, Timon has worked on the improvement and renewal of business organizations when it comes to Normative Control, Generative AI and Dataspaces by initiating and managing applied advisory processes. In addition to his substantive knowledge of various sectors (public/private), he has a passion for managing teams involved in ICT innovation and the development of strategic (business) processes. This has led several times to impactful projects around the development of data management systems, data ecosystems and applied AI applications. His expertise in information provision, AI, leadership, project management, communication and policy skills and marketing is reflected in these trajectories. Clients include banks, private equities, pharmaceutical companies, health insurers, healthcare organizations, security services, municipalities and the (inter)national governments.
Gabriela Bucher is Executive Director of Oxfam International, a global network which fights inequality to end poverty and injustice. Ms Bucher is an experienced social justice leader and deeply committed to gender equality and human rights, and to tackling economic inequality.
Ms Bucher, who grew up in Cali, Colombia, is a champion for feminist leadership and believes in the power of collaboration. She worked alongside children and communities affected by Colombia's decades-long armed conflict and contributed to peace building and youth active citizenship, influencing the country's approach on restorative justice for children. Prior to Oxfam, Ms. Bucher was the Chief Operating Officer at Plan International, and led Fundación Plan Colombia.

Helene Budliger Artieda is a Swiss diplomat and Director of the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) as State Secretary since August 2022.
Prior to that, she was Switzerland’s ambassador to Thailand, Cambodia and Laos, based in Bangkok, from 2019 to 2022.
Until 2019, she held the same position in Pretoria, South Africa, with cross-accreditations to Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mauritius and Namibia.
From 2008 to 2015, Helene Budliger Artieda was head of the Directorate for Resources at the FDFA. In this capacity, she was advisor to the Head of Department on resource matters and a member of the FDFA Management Board.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Universidad Externado de Colombia in Bogotá (Colombia).
