Constantinos Chaelis has been with Lloyd’s Register for 10 years and currently holds the position of Global Gas Markets & Technology Lead, based in Athens Greece.
His primary focus is echoing the strategic direction in maritime gas supply chains towards the sustainable growth of the gas segment, engaging with technological developments in gas commodity markets and steering the enhancement of Lloyd’s Register service portfolio to the shipping community.
In the past he held the position of Project Manager & Marine Surveyor for new construction and existing ships in operation for Lloyd’s Register, acquiring robust technical expertise in various global placements including UK, Spain, Italy, Poland, South Korea. Prior experience further enhanced working in the technical management of a tanker fleet for a Greek shipping company.
Constantinos represents Lloyd’s Register in gas associations including the Global Gas Centre and World Liquid Gas Association (WLGA) and is a member of the Investment Board at SEA-LNG. Since 2012 he has represented Lloyd’s Register in several projects, conferences and LR Ship & Naval Technical Committees. Constantinos holds an MEng in Naval Architecture from the University of Southampton, UK and a Chartered Engineer (CEng) status by the British Council. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (MICS) and a member of the RINA & IMarEST.

Shanna Challenger is the Offshore Islands Conservation Programme Coordinator for the Environmental Awareness Group in Antigua. She is the former coordinator of the Redonda Restoration Programme, where she successfully led the team restoring the Caribbean's top priority island for conservation through invasive species removal. With the Environmental Awareness Group, she has worked with the conservation of the critically endangered Antiguan Racer Snake, and regularly conducts terrestrial and marine wildlife monitoring surveys. The results of her work have been documented in popular media outlets such as BBC, the Guardian and National Geographic.
Shanna was recognized in 2017 by Caribbean Beat as one of the Top 25 Outstanding Caribbean Achievers Under 25. In 2019, she was awarded the prestigious Chevening scholarship and has a Masters oF Science in Conservation Biology from the University of Kent with the award-winning Durrell Institute of Conservation and Ecology.
Cham Nimul is a Cambodian politician who has served as Minister of Commerce since August 2023.
Before that, she served as Undersecretary of State before being promoted to Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce in 2018. From 2004 to 2013, she was the Director of the Cabinet of the Ministry of Commerce.
Aside from her political career, she is a board of trustee of Hun Many's The Many Foundation and an honorary chairwoman of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia Commerce Sector.
Nimul received two bachelor degrees from the University of St. Thomas, United States: Bachelor of Arts in Social Science and her Bachelor of Science in International Economics. She received her master's degree in public policy from Sunway University in Malaysia.

Rupa Chanda is the Director of Trade, Investment, and Innovation at UN ESCAP. Earlier, she worked as a Professor of Economics at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and was an Economist at the IMF in Washington, DC.
She holds a PhD from Columbia University and BA from Harvard University. Her research interests include the WTO, international trade in services, regional integration, health services, and migration. She has served on national and international committees and advisory boards in these areas and has undertaken research for several international organizations and think tanks, including the World Health Organization (WHO), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), OECD, European Commission, World Bank and ICRIER.
She has published extensively in the form of authored and edited books, journal articles, book chapters, reports, and popular media articles. She frequently presents in national and international forums.
Akeem Chandler-Prescod is a Spoken Word Artist, better known as StonedwithCupidst. He is a photographer, songwriter, and creative director from Barbados. His work is an experimental blend of hip-hop, soul, story-telling, and theatre, woven together in a neatly stitched poetic product. This product has earned him awards and prizes at Barbados’ National Independence Festival of Creative Arts (NIFCA), nominations at the GineOn People’s Choice Awards where he was the first poet to be nominated for Music Video of the Year, and has even taken him on a two-week performance tour in Bloemfontein, South Africa at the Vrystaat Arts Festival.
His most recent accomplishment includes a feature in a regional Caribbean showcase organised by Catapult, and a second-place finish in the Vybzing Youth Outreach Programme organised by the Caribbean Development Bank. Offstage, he possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Arts and Entertainment Management from the Barbados Community College, and has been an ambassador for NGOs such as Advocates Against Domestic Violence, and None in Three.

The Honorable Mr. Rajeev Chandrasekhar is Union Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology and Union Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship since July 2021.
He has a Master’s in Computer Science and an honorary DSc. He has studied engineering at the Manipal Institute of Technology, Karnataka and the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, and has an Advanced Management Program from Harvard University.
He has been a key part of Intel's pathbreaking microprocessors in the Silicon Valley and has built one of India's first and largest cellular mobile company, which has helped create today's vibrant cellular industry in India. Currently he is also a Vice Chairman of Vivekananda International Foundation in Centre for Economic Studies. He is a Convenor of National Coalition to Protect Our Children, NCPOC.
He has also served as the youngest President of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry. He is a politician, entrepreneur, technocrat and a Member of Parliament in Rajya Sabha from Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Dr Ha-Joon Chang is a University Reader in the Political Economy of Development at the University of Cambridge. Chang is the author of several widely discussed policy books, most notably Kicking Away the Ladder: Development Strategy in Historical Perspective (2002). In 2013, Prospect magazine ranked Chang as one of the top 20 World Thinkers.
He has served as a consultant to the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the European Investment Bank, as well as to Oxfam and various United Nations agencies. He is also a fellow at the Center for Economic and Policy Research in Washington, D.C. In addition, Chang serves on the advisory board of Academics Stand Against Poverty (ASAP).

Regis Chapman is the Representative and Country Director for the WFP Caribbean Multi-Country Office, overseeing WFP's work throughout the English and Dutch-speaking Caribbean. Having opened the Caribbean office in Barbados in July 2018, he has strategically led the growth of an innovative portfolio of support designed to strengthen national social protection, disaster management and food systems, covering regional entities and 22 countries and territories.
Mr. Chapman has an extensive field experience in humanitarian and development programmes around the world in a variety of programme leadership roles, including in the Regional Bureau for Latin America & the Caribbean (2013-2018), Somalia (2010-2013), Afghanistan (2008-2010), Regional Bureau for East and Central Africa (2007-2008), Timor Leste (2006), Regional Bureau for Asia and Pacific (2006) and Indonesia (2005).
Before joining WFP, he worked with the Red Cross Movement on food security programmes and emergency responses and with the United States Peace Corps.
Harrison Charo Karisa is Senior Fisheries Specialist (Aquaculture) at the World Bank and a member of the Global Seaweed Coalition Strategic Advisory Council.
Currently engaged in global efforts of the WBG AquaInvest Platform to support governments and private sector in aquaculture development, strengthen livelihoods, and enhance food and nutrition security through climate smart use of land and seascape resources. His work encourages resilient farming practices that enhance biodiversity and ecosystem services and has recently been engaged in global seaweed development fostering knowledge exchange globally.
He holds a PhD in Animal Sciences (Fish Breeding, Genetics and Aquaculture) from Wageningen University of Life Sciences, in the Netherlands and MSc in Biodiversity from Swedish Agricultural University, Sweden.
