
William Alfredo Castillo Bollé currently serves as the Vice Minister of Anti-Blockade Policies at the Ministry of People's Power for Economy, Finance, and Foreign Trade, a position he has held since 2020. He is also the General Manager of the Venezuelan Anti-Blockade Observatory, appointed in the same year.
His career includes significant roles in international communication and media, having previously served as Vice Minister of International Communication at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2016-2018) and as Director General of CONATEL, the National Telecommunications Commission (2014-2016).
Earlier in his career, Castillo Bollé held key positions in Venezuela's media and electoral sectors. He was Vice Minister of the Television Area at the Ministry of Communication and Information (2014), President of the Venezuelan Foundation of Social Television (TVES) (2008-2014), and Director General of Information for the National Electoral Council (CNE) in 2006.
Additionally, he served as Vice Minister of Communication Management at the Ministry of Communication and Information (2005), held leadership roles at Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), including Vice President of Content, and was Director General of the Secretariat of State at the Ministry of Finance in 2004.
Liza Castillo Vásquez currently serves as Senior Director at SLOCAT Partnership and co-founder of the Women in Motion Network, an initiative that promotes gender equity in the transport and mobility industry.
She is former Deputy Minister of Transport and Road Safety of Costa Rica, former Vice President of the Public Transport Council in Costa Rica and former member of the Central American Maritime Transport Commission (COCATRAM). She has led public policy design processes in favor of sustainable transport and mobility services.
Liza is an active collaborator of the Laboratory of City and Territory (LACITE) of the University of Costa Rica and of the Latin American Association of Urban Planners.
Ana Margarida Castro Euler is Executive Director of Business for EMBRAPA, the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation.
She is a forestry engineer with a degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1998), a master's degree (2002) and a PhD (2006) in Environmental and Forestry Sciences from the Yokohama National University Graduate School of Environment and Information Science, in Japan. Euler also took postdoctoral studies in Traditional Populations, Biodiversity Governance and Traditional Agricultural Systems (Sept 2021- Feb 2023) at the L'Institut de recherche pour le développement (IRD), and Centre de Coopération Internationale en Recherche Agronomique pour le Développement (Cirad) in France. She has worked with the Amazon reinforest for 20 years, with some experience in Africa (Burkina Faso, Kenya, Ghana).
Between 2003 and 2008 she worked as Amazon Conservation Officer at WWF-Brazil, coordinating the Southwest Amazon Program, responsible for fundraising and the management of conservation projects developed in partnership with government and civil society organizations in Acre, Rondônia and southern Amazonas. Between 2011 and 2014 she was the Director-President of Amapá's State Forest Institute, where she implemented the program for the development of extractive production - PROEXTRATIVISMO; the Forest Concession Program, Amapá State Forest Program and Amapá Forum of Climate Change.


Lukas Cavada is the Executive Director for International Affairs at the Austrian Federal Competition Authority, where he is responsible for international cooperation and multilateral matters. In addition, Lukas regularly publishes and lectures on competition law. He studied law in Vienna and London.
Cyndi Celeste is a spoken word poet, writer, and creative entrepreneur based in Barbados.
She is an arts activist and language advocate who uses literature and performance to encourage social discourse on issues of identity. Both on the page and onstage, Cyndi’s work contextualises what it is to be young, black, and progressive in the Caribbean, often exploring themes of racism, gender, language, and cultural identity. A graduate of the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill Campus) Linguistics programme, Cyndi has received several accolades, including a National Independence Festival of Creative Arts (NIFCA) Bronze Award in Writing and Performance; second place in the inaugural Black British Writers International Poetry Competition; and a world ranking of 21 in the Women of the World Poetry Slam (2021).

Roberta Cenni is Head of Biofuels at the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping where she leads activities aiming to provide the shipping industry with alternative fuels which are sustainable, affordable and scalable in the short term.
Roberta is further a member of the UN Council of Engineers for the Energy Transition.
Born and raised on a small island surrounded by the Indian Ocean, Herland has from a young age developed an admiration for the ocean.
Over the past 10 years, he has applied his expertise in development economics and passion for facilitating partnerships to the design and implementation of multi-country programs geared towards advancing the SDG agenda in African Small Island Developing States and coastal countries, both at an inter-governmental and private sector level.
His avid interest in entrepreneurship has led him to join OceanHub Africa’s team, where, as Managing Director, he currently leads the operations of the first and only Pan-African business Entrepreneurial Support Organisation dedicated to supporting the deployment of innovative ocean-impact solutions across the continent. Herland is one of the 2 only non-scientist members of the African and Adjacent Island States UN Ocean Decade Taskforce determined to unlock science to solutions opportunities in the Blue Economy.
Thomson Ch’ng is the International Specialist Advisor at ASEAN Focus Group (AFG) - an Asia and Australia-based corporate advisory and consulting firm with over 25 years of experience in creating alliances, relationships and transactions in Australia, Southeast Asia and India; including a 15 year history of corporate and equities advisory in Australia, undertaking merger, acquisition, divestment, fundraising and consulting for private and public companies. He is also an award-winning international alumnus, international speaker and an international education specialist.
In 2016, Thomson was a special advisor to the Consulate of Malaysia and Education Malaysia Australia in Sydney on Malaysia’s education engagement with Australia. He was the Regional Vice President in the Jakarta based ASEAN Youth Organization (A.Y.O), where he has represented Malaysia at the inaugural UNCTAD Youth Forum 2016 in Nairobi, Kenya. At the forum, he co-drafted the Youth Declaration on Quality Education, which was presented at the High-Level Official Meeting. Thomson was again a delegate at the 2018 UNCTAD Youth Forum, where the UNCTAD Youth Action Hubs were launched.
In 2018-19, Thomson served as a Special Advisor to a Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) in Penang.
Ashutosh Chadha is responsible for building partnerships with the UN and other international organizations to enable the responsible use of technology through policy and programmatic interventions that advance the Sustainable Development Goals and socio-economic growth, fostering innovation ecosystems, inclusion, and security.
Previously, he was Director and Country Head of Corporate Affairs and Public Policy for India and South Asia at Microsoft. In this role, he worked closely with government, academia, industry, and multilaterals to help frame policies that deepen technology adoption, drive digital inclusion, and ensure innovation and safety in the digital ecosystem.
Over a 37-year career, Ashutosh has worked with Mastercard, Wipro, Intel India, Shell India, NIIT, and the National Dairy Development Board. A management graduate from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (Gujarat), he has extensive experience in business development, strategic planning, corporate affairs, government relations, and policy advocacy.
A regular speaker at national and international forums, including the WB, WTO, UNICEF, and UNESCO, Ashutosh is passionate about using technology for socio-economic development through education, innovation, and entrepreneurship. He also mentors startups and coaches students and executives as a certified Level 2 NS-NLP Executive and Corporate Coach.
