She has extensive experience in different administrative areas, holding executive positions of high responsibility such as the Administrative Management in Automotive Business NEOHYUNDAI S.A., and the Management of the Society for the Fight Against Cancer, SOLCA, Cuenca.
During the Executive Presidency of the Chamber of Industries of Cuenca, a position from which she developed vast knowledge and training in negotiation, skills in conciliation, construction of agreements and leadership; She also held the Vice Presidency of the National Federation of Chambers of Industries and the Presidency of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Azuay Chamber of Production.
Similarly, she served as International Trade Executive at Banco Popular del Ecuador, achieving as a milestone during her management, the creation of the Department of Foreign Trade at the Cuenca branch.
His main areas of experience and knowledge have been imports, exports, customs procedures, forms of payment and international operations with small, medium and large companies; competencies that were also applied during her position as Executive Director and advisor to the Export Promotion Corporation, CORPEI.
An expert in economics and international financial institutions, Rémy Rioux has held high-level positions in a career totally devoted to development and Africa. After serving as chief of staff of the French Economy and Finance Minister, he was appointed Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development and coordinated the finance agenda of the Paris Agreement. Mr Rioux has headed the AFD since 2016. In 2017, he also became Chairman of the IDFC.

Suja Rishikesh Mavroidis is Director in the Market Access Division at the World Trade Organization. She has worked for a little more than thirty years at the GATT/WTO in different capacities.
She started in the Development Division where she dealt with issues such as tropical products and natural-resource based products. As a member of the Market Access Division, she dealt with inter alia Tariff Schedules, the Customs Valuation Agreement, and the Pre-shipment Inspection Agreement. Since 2001, Mrs Rishikesh Mavroidis has also been Secretary to the Negotiating Group on Market Access. In February 2015, she became Director of the Market Access Division.
She has a degree in business administration from the University of Geneva, and a Master's degree in International relations from the University of Cambridge.

Deborah Rivas Saavedra currently holds the position of Vice Minister of International Trade and Foreign Investment of Cuba.
Prior to her current position, she held a research position at Cubazucar and was president of the Panamericana Corporation, Inc. She has also served in diplomatic positions at the Embassies of Cuba in Mexico and Peru.
Ms. Rivas holds a degree in International Economic Relations from the University of Havana.

Diana Rivera is an experienced economist with a Master's degree in Economics and a specialization in Statistics from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. With over 10 years of expertise in macroeconomic analysis, economic forecasting, and public policy, she has developed a strong track record of driving impactful initiatives. Currently, she holds the position of Deputy Director of Macroeconomic Programming at the Ministry of Finance, where she leads strategic efforts focused on achieving medium- and long-term economic goals. Her work includes overseeing key policy areas such as reindustrialization, energy transition, and credit agreements, all of which play a crucial role in fostering sustainable economic growth.
Lorena is a policy analyst at the fisheries and aquaculture unit of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Main areas of work include subsidies and government support measures to the fisheries sector, and government policies to tackle Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing.
Before joining the OECD, Lorena worked for the Colombian Ministry of Trade, and served as delegate to the World Trade Organisation, where she took part in the Fisheries Subsidies Agreement, adopted in June 2022.

Claudia Sanhueza Riveros currently serves as the Undersecretary of International Economic Relations at the Chilean Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a position she has held since 10 March 2023. Prior to this role, she was the Undersecretary of Finance.
In 2018, she founded and directed the Centre for Economics and Social Policy at Universidad Mayor, where she worked until 2022.
Her professional career began in 2004 as an Associate Researcher at the Microdata Centre within the Department of Economics at the University of Chile. In 2007, she began her academic career at the Faculty of Economics and Business at Alberto Hurtado University, where she also served as the academic director of the Master’s program in Applied Economics (MAPE) in collaboration with Georgetown University. Additionally, from 2007 to 2008, she was a member of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Equity and Labour.
From 2011 to 2018, she was a professor and researcher at the Institute of Public Policy at Diego Portales University, where she became the academic director of the Master’s Degree in Public Policy. In 2014, she began her research work at the Centre for Cohesion and Social Conflict Studies. Between 2014 and 2015, she served as a member of the Presidential Advisory Commission on the Pension System in Chile, and from 2017 to 2018, she was the president of the Previsional Advisory Council.
Claudia Sanhueza Riveros holds a degree in Economics, a degree in Commercial Engineering, and a Master's in International Economics and Economic Growth from the University of Chile. She also earned a PhD in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

Tiziana Rizzo is Membership and Regional Coordinator at FIATA, the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations. She works closely with FIATA Association Members to develop and reinforce relations with FIATA Headquarters and aims to facilitate a better understanding and coordination of FIATA activities through the regional bodies (Asia-Pacific, Europe, Americas, Africa and Middle East).
She also managed the FIATA Foundation for Vocational Training for two years, promoting capacity building in freight forwarding and logistics for FIATA Members who do not have access to such training.
After completing her Master’s degree in European Politics at the University of Geneva, and prior to joining FIATA, she held the position of Events and Operations Coordinator at the Swiss Trading and Shipping Association, the umbrella association the commodity trading and shipping sector, where she oversaw members relations, training activities, and the organisation of flagship events.

Matt Robinson manages the Sovereign Risk Group’s Middle East and Africa team producing ratings and research regarding sovereign and supranational creditworthiness in Sub-Saharan Africa and Middle East/North Africa. He is responsible for managing staff located in London, Frankfurt, Dubai and New York.
Matt joined Moody’s in 2007 after a decade of macroeconomic and public policy experience. Prior to managing the Middle East and Africa sovereign ratings team, Matt was the Director of Sovereign Research, responsible for coordinating and contributing to the research produced by Moody’s global team of sovereign risk analysts.
Matt previously managed the affairs of the Moody’s Economy.com Sydney office, providing independent economic analysis, data and forecasting and credit risk services to Moody’s Analytics’ worldwide client base.
Before joining Moody’s, Matt worked as an economist and policy adviser in a number of public and private sector organisations, including Commonwealth Treasury and the Economic Division of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet in Australia.
Matt received his bachelor of economics from the University of Newcastle(Australia) and his graduate degree from the Australian National University.
