
Bruno Rocha is a Senior Economist of the Statistics Department at the IMF since 2017. Before that, he worked in the National Treasury of Brazil, where he established the Government Finance Statistics (GFS) Unit in 2008 and led it until 2015. He then became Director of Fiscal Affairs in the Brazilian Ministry of Finance (2016-2017).
He has extensive practice as a professor, and currently leads and designs different categories of trainings at the Statistics Department. He is also involved in substantial technical assistance in public sector debt statistics, including in fragile states. During 2017-2020 he worked as a GFS Advisor at the IMF's Regional Center in Central America and is based in Washington DC since 2020.
Mr. Rocha holds an MBA in Finances, a master's in Public Administration focused on Public Finances from the University of Brasilia, and studied Applied Linguistics at the University of California, Riverside. He is also a Project Management Professional, certificated by the PMI.
Friederike Roder joined the European Climate Foundation in December 2024 as the Director of the Secretariat for the Global Solidarity Levies Task Force (GSLTF), which is hosted by the ECF. Friederike plays a key role in advancing global efforts to raise revenue for climate action, development, and nature protection.
With 20 years of experience in development cooperation, climate finance and governance, Ms. Roder has a strong background in both the public and civil society sectors. Before joining the ECF, she held leadership roles at Global Citizen and the ONE Campaign. Her career also includes assignments with the African Union, the German government, the OECD, and the Arab Reform Initiative.

Daniel Rodríguez is the Director of the Procurement and Supply Management at the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO).
With a passion for driving excellence in supply chain strategies, team leadership, operations, and leveraging the use of digital technologies. In his current role, Daniel spearheads a dynamic team dedicated to the strategies and execution of procurement and logistics operations for the PAHO Regional Revolving Funds.
These efforts contribute to the efficient access to health supplies for public health programs of 42 countries and territories in the Americas and The Caribbean.
Daniel holds a degree in Industrial Engineer, complemented by a master's degree in business administration and in international logistics and supply chain strategy from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech).

Mr. Daniel Rodriguez is a professional in Government and International Relations from the Externado University of Colombia, with a specialization in Political Marketing from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana of Bogotá.
He worked as a Specialist in Assistance and Databases for the Program for the Prevention and Assistance to Victims of Human Trafficking of the Colombia Mission of the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
For nine years, he was responsible for coordinating International Relations and International Cooperation at the National Administrative Department of Statistics (DANE).
He was part of the Cooperation team at the National Planning Department (DNP) and served as Coordinator of Institutional Alliances at the Center for Strategic International Thinking (CEPEI).
He joined the Presidential Agency for International Cooperation (APC Colombia) in 2018, serving as Coordinator for Latin America and the Caribbean. In March 2023, he assumed the role of Director of the Directorate of South South Cooperation.
Luisa Rodriguez has been working in UNCTAD for 15 years, 7 of which on trade logistics.
She is a member of the team drafting UNCTAD’s annual review of maritime transport. Her work also covers monitoring trends and analysis regarding transport networks and corridors, ports, transport facilitation, sustainable transport and maritime transport statistics. She is also responsible for a project related to promoting Sustainable and Smart ports in Africa.
Prior to her experience in the field of trade logistics, she worked for 12 years conducting policy-oriented research, combined with capacity building in the fields of policy reform in services sectors, trade policy and trade negotiations. She also worked for 9 years for the Government of Venezuela, 4 of which as a trade negotiator to the WTO.
She is Venezuelan. She studied international relations, has an MBA in international trade and a Master’s degree in Environmental Governance and Policymaking.

Githa Roelans leads the ILO's policy and technical assistance to governments, employers and workers in ILO member States across the world. She specializes on the application of the Tripartite Declaration of Principles concerning Multinational Enterprises and Social Policy (MNE Declaration) - the ILO's leading instrument on responsible business conduct. The unit plays a central role in ILO's engagement with enterprises and workers on responsible labour practices including in supply chains.
Githa Roelans joined the ILO in 2007 where she held positions in the Programme on the Elimination of Child Labour and the Bureau for Gender Equality before taking up her current post in the Sustainable Enterprises department.
Previously she worked in the UNIDO Beijing Office (China) and held senior advisory positions in global consultancies in Brussels (Belgium). She is a Belgian national and graduate of the University of Leuven (KULeuven and UCL), where she subsequently held research and management posts.

30 years of professional experience in the development of innovation, science, and technology policies and ecosystems; industrial resources efficiency use and circular economy, innovation management standards; quality infrastructure for market access of fisheries and aquaculture, SMEs upgrading and digital transformation.
Currently coordinating UNIDO Task Force efforts related to the Blue Industry Programmatic Framework development and its contribution to the Blue Economy.
