The President of the Trade and Development Board, Ambassador Mothae Anthony Maruping, will hold consultations with member States on Wednesday, 16 May 2012, at 3 p.m. in room XXVI of the Palais des Nations.

4. Briefing on the sixty-first session of the Working Party on the Strategic Framework and the Programme Budget
5. Draft provisional agenda for the fifty-fifth executive session, and briefing on new IGO/NGO applications for observer status with UNCTAD
6. Revised calendar of meetings for 2012 and 2013
7. Other business.
