Consultations of the President of the Trade and Development Board

The President of the Trade and Development Board, His Excellency, Ambassador Triyono Wibowo, will hold consultations with member States on Friday, 25 April 2014, at 3 p.m. in room XXVI of the Palais des Nations.

The agenda will be as follows:

1. Briefing on the status of preparations for the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of UNCTAD, 16–20 June

2. Topics for single-year expert meetings in 2015 and 2016. Please find attached the proposed topics and terms of reference prepared by the secretariat for the consideration of member States.

3. Briefing on the upcoming meetings

   1. Trade and Development Commission, sixth session, 5–9 May
   2. Commission on Science and Technology for Development, seventeenth session, 12–16 May
   3. Multi-year expert meeting on Promoting Economic Integration and Cooperation, second session, 19–20 May

4. Other business.
