The new issue of the DMFAS newsletter is now online. Get news from the DMFAS community, including Lebanon, Bolivia, and Côte d'Ivoire; meet the DMFAS 7 development team; and read about latest documentation available (DSSI and Debt-DQA) and cooperation with partners. The newsletter is available in English, French and Spanish.
The Debt Data Quality Assessment Framework (Debt- DQA) jointly developed by COMSEC and DMFAS is now available in the client area of the website. The framework will help countries assessing and identifying data errors and information gaps in the debt databases.
The DMFAS Programme has just released guidelines on handling Debt Service Suspension Initiative (DSSI) in DMFAS. The document, available in the client area of the website, explains the agreement emerging from the April G20 meeting relating to the suspension of debt payments and how operations resulting from this agreement can be recorded in DMFAS.
The Programme is sad to share with you that Enrique Cosio-Pascal, former Chief of the Debt Management and Financial Analysis System (DMFAS) Programme, passed away in New York last April.
This new release of DMFAS 6 (version 126.96.36.199) includes enhancements to existing features and new functionalities. The release note and the instructions are available in English, French and Spanish in the Client area.
In light of the evolving and rapid developments in respect to the COVID-19 disease and in line with United Nations recommendations, UNCTAD has suspended all missions until 30 April 2020. The DMFAS Programme continues to provide support remotely.
