Closing ceremony for e-learning course on Effective Communication for members of the national trade facilitation committees

This is the first English edition of the online e-coaching course on “Effective communications for Members of the National Trade Facilitation Committees (NTFCs)”.*

This first edition is being delivered in selected English-speaking countries participating in UNCTAD’s project “Accelerate Trade Facilitation”, financed by the United Kingdom.**

The course is designed to strengthen NTFC members’ presentation, public speaking, communication and training skills to enhance their leadership abilities in trade facilitation in their countries. Participants will be provided with both essential knowledge as well as concrete and practical advice to improve their communication and presentation skills.

The closing ceremony of this course will take place on 1 December 2022. UNCTAD will summarize the learning outcomes of participants of the course and reflect on the overall progress and statistics of the course. The best assignments done by participants will be presented. The session will also provide an opportunity for participants to provide feedback and suggestions for future versions of the course.

A second edition of the course in English is planned to be delivered in 2023 along with the French, Spanish and Portuguese first editions.
