Overdependence on the exports of minerals has prompted Namibia to rethink its growth and export strategy, and a new approach was explored during an UNCTAD-backed workshop in Windhoek, Namibia on 28-29 April 2015.
Thirteenth UNCTAD-OECD Report on G20 Investment Measures released

Investment policy measures introduced by G-20 members between mid-October 2014 and mid-May 2015 tended to enhance openness for international investment, the joint report found. The findings were prepared by UNCTAD and the OECD that are part of a wider report on trade and investment measures in the G20 issued periodically by UNCTAD, the OECD and the WTO.

The second online training course on Non-Tariff Measures’ Collection and Classification will be held from 1 June  to 19 July 19 2015.   85 participants from 55 countries have been selected from more than 240 applications.
