France commits to UNCTAD on public debt management

DMFAS 6 update with new reference rates

In light of the scheduled LIBOR phase out by end 2021, UNCTAD DMFAS Programme is releasing an update integrating the alternative reference rates for LIBOR in the DMFAS software.  Continue reading.

DMFAS 6 remote installation, technical and functional training at the Central Bank of the Philippines

In January 2020, a new technical cooperation project started between the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and the DMFAS Programme for the implementation of DMFAS 6. However, these activities had to be suspended due to the current travel restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to resume the implementation of the project, the BSP and DMFAS agreed to undertake these activities remotely. Continue reading.
