The first Istanbul competition Forum will gather high-level officials and competition experts to debate a wide range of key and emerging competition issues including digitalization and competition law and policy, international cooperation in competition law enforcement, effective enforcement against cartels and the role of ICF in International cooperation
UNCTAD secretariat will contribute to the discussion by delivering opening and closing remarks, moderating the panel on digitalization and competition law and policy and presenting on tools for international cooperation based on “the Guiding Policies and Procedures under Section F of the UN Set on Competition” as a tool for facilitating cross border cases.
