1st Train the Trainers - Empretec

​UNCTAD-Empretec International Master Trainers will provide the first pool of Angolan trainee trainers with a training-of-trainers workshop to begin transferring the Empretec methodology to a local training team. A group of candidate trainee trainers, who already attended an Empretec workshop as participants, will receive coaching on facilitation skills and group dynamics, within the context of the Empretec behavioural approach to entrepreneurship.

Training-of-trainers workshops aim at building and strengthening local training capacity to guarantee the quality and sustainability to the Empretec programme, to make sure that the same learning objectives and teaching standards are applied consistently across the whole Empretec network.
