In preparation for the forthcoming session of the Working Party scheduled from 2 to 4 September 2013, the UNCTAD secretariat has the honour to inform member States that there will be a briefing on the sixty-fifth session of the Working Party on the Strategic Framework and the Programme Budget on Monday, 26 August 2013, at 10 a.m. in room XXVI of the Palais des Nations.
