1. Seminar on market studies for the Indonesia Competition Authority (KPPU) officials in JICA seminar organized in cooperation with Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC). UNCTAD (CCPB) will present the objectives and methodology for market studies from UNCTAD’s experience with other developing countries as well as an UNCTAD study on cocoa industry and global value chain.
2. UNCTAD (CCPB) will discuss with officials from KPPU, JFTC and JICA the market study conducted for six agricultural products, including rice, sugar, salt, beef, chili and shallot, in Indonesia. UNCTAD provided comments and feedback on this market study since the beginning in collaboration with JFTC and JICA.
