CSTD ISP side event: Advancing Trust Paradigms for Future Agentic Networks Building

Meeting Date
6 November 2026
13:20 - 14:45 hrs. Council Chamber, Palais des Nations
Location
Geneva, Switzerland
Body

Agentic AI is rapidly evolving from prompt-based assistants into autonomous systems capable of decision-making, inter-agent collaboration, and interaction with complex digital environments. While these developments create new opportunities across industries, they also introduce significant challenges related to security, privacy, trust, and interoperability, particularly as human oversight becomes more limited.

Traditional trust models may no longer be sufficient to address the dynamic relationships and complex interactions among AI agents, digital systems, and stakeholders. New trust paradigms and architectures are therefore needed to enable secure, trustworthy, and interoperable Agentic AI ecosystems.

This side event aims to bring together stakeholders to explore emerging trust challenges, discuss potential trust frameworks and architectures, and identify common principles and opportunities for international cooperation in digital trust governance.

Participation: Open to all approved CSTD-ISP participants.
