The Case Law Database on Intellectual Property and Public Health is the product of UNCTAD's work for over a decade on public health. It has been updated with the support of the South Centre.
The database provides original court decisions and summaries of these decisions in the area of intellectual property and health. The main beneficiaries are developing country judges and judicial training institutes.
