Launch of the Maldives e-Learning Empowerment Programme for the National Trade Facilitation Committee

This is the launch meeting of the Maldives Online Empowerment Program Training for National Trade Facilitation Committees (NTFCs)*.

This course is designed to strengthen national trade facilitation stakeholders from Maldives with the understanding of fundamental concepts of trade facilitation as well as recommendations based on best practices. The course utilizes a wide range of formats for learning, including recorded videos, quizzes, an e-book, a final exam at the end of each module, and suggested further reading for learners to explore. As part of this training, ten webinars will be organized for in-depth discussions on topics of each module and to answer questions.

The launch of this course will take place on 7 March 2023. UNCTAD will present the objectives of the course and explain its methodology and chronology. The session will provide an opportunity to answer potential questions regarding the course.
