Launch of the Trade and Development Report 2018

The Trade and Development Report 2018: Power, Platforms and the Free Trade Delusion, the flagship report from UNCTAD on the state of the world's economic system.

The Report will review global economic performance over the past year and look ahead to emerging risks facing developing countries.

It will also examine the topics of changing trade patterns in the era of hyperglobalisation, of digital industrial policy and of infrastructure planning.

It will link the issues of globalisation, inequality and growth with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
