Key Issues

The UNCTAD MENA Programme will organize The Regional Training Workshop on Competition Law Enforcement for competition officials in the MENA region within the framework of the UNCTAD MENA Programme.

The main objective of this training workshop is to introduce the participants with the principles of competitive neutrality, definition of the relevant market, abuse of dominant position and competition law investigation techniques in order to build capacities for effective competition law enforcement in the MENA region. The participants will be from Algeria, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine and participants from Tunisian representatives from ministry and other sectors.
